            I can believe it. Never have my husband and myself ever been treated like we have there . They drop the ball and act like it's something I have done. They were to make a pre- authorization prior to surgery.But on the day of surgery it was cancelled because they had not done so. But still claim they had . Took my money and still haven't resolve this situation My insurance is they'll pay they still want pre-authorization. Once that's accomplished they would be happy to take care of the insurance claim. I just want to know why it's so hard to get them to do their job ??? if I'd done that I wouldn't have. Russ and associates can do better.

            We have spoken with this patient and his wife in great detail regarding this matter. Due to a mistake make by his insurance, it is no longer in network with our surgery center. They are working to get it reinstated. Mr. G.'s surgery was cancelled for his own benefit to prevent him from paying more than necessary. We would never cancel or reschedule surgery unless absolutely necessary. Unfortunately, whoever they spoke to with his insurance was unaware of the recent mistake made by the insurance and gave them wrong information. It is my understanding after speaking to the patient and his wife after this review was submitted, they now understood the issue, and this was taken care of.
