Please see attached - I could not provide all the detail in this area. First, I have had La-A-Boy chairs forever and think highly of the brand. So, in August 2023 I went to the local La-Z-Boy store in Lubbock, TX and ordered four leather recliners. They arrived on November 11th and every chair had multiple issues with the tailoring (Pictures attached and I can provide additional pictures if needed) I immediately contacted the store manager, ******, about my concerns. To make a long story short, I have four brand new recliners that each have multiple tailoring issues that the Lubbock store owner, Mr *******, wants to REPAIR the issues. I spent $7,651 on the recliners and I don't want these new recliners REPAIRED. I would like the store to take these chairs back and allow me to make another selection. I don't think any customer would want their brand new La-Z-Boy recliners REPAIRED - these chairs have a lot of issues. Also, there is no guarantee that the REPAIRS will be successful - the gentleman that does the repairs, who looked at the chairs in my home, indicated that he wasn't sure he could fix everything. Long Version: 1. I contacted the store within a week of delivery, Nov 11, 2023, explaining the tailoring issues with all the chairs and I sent pictures. The store sent **** out to look at the chairs on 11/27/23 and he was to submit the issues to La-Z-Boy to resolve the issues. 2. **** called me on 12/26/23 to tell me that La-Z-Boy did not see a problem with the recliners. That day, I went to the Lubbock store and spoke to ******, the store manager, who initially indicated there was nothing he could do. I asked that he come to my home to take a look at the recliners himself. I also asked for his supervisors name which he would not give me. 3.
