      I was a co-signer to a vehicle to a vehicle and the did a agreement of extantions to the loan with out my knowledge and got the payments lowered and they picked up the car not repossessed the car from a mechanic shop and I’m being penalized when I never agreed to an extension to the loan or agreed to lowering the payments and now it’s going against my credit and they are not going to help me with a new car because ******* ****** **** sr put an extension on the loan and got the payments lowered I was never advised to the adjustment or agreed to it

      Bought a car back in Dec 2021, immediately out of the office from signing paperwork the check engine light came on. They were prompt to take care of it but this was the last pleasant experience I had with them. On day 32 the light came back on, took it to my mechanic and we ended up finding the front frame was damaged. I was told this vehicle was never in any sort of accident. Took it to the master mechanic at the Nissan dealership to get a full inspection. After his findings it was concluded that the car should have never even passed a safety inspection, let alone be sold to me. I contacted Caprock and they weren't very willing to help with anything. I was told only one of the items was covered under their warranty but to do that repair other items would need to be fixed (around 4k) so I then decided to contact the attorney general to ask them how to proceed. I brought the car back and gave Caprock the keys. They took it back and stated in writing it was in full lieu of any debt. Sounded great until my credit report showed a change. I contacted them and asked them to remove it from my credit all together because the only reason I brought the car back was because it was sold under false pretenses. My sales person and my account manager left the business shortly after the sale, I believe they would have better assisted me had they still been employed there. All I want is this vehicle removed from my credit. I never missed a payment and I loved my car but because it was sold in an unsafe manner I should not have to suffer issues to my credit.
