      Very responsive, came in the middle of the night for ceiling water leak. Left 30 fans after cleaning floors, then disappeared for a week. No estimate or paperwork at the time. I had to call them to pick up fans. I declined further service and was never provided an estimate. Later I get a bill for $****** for a two person team for 6 hours. Negotiated down to $***** but still $***/hour/person I had no insurance, but they are clearly used to billing outrageous amounts to insurance without a complaint. They bill by the square foot for each service, such as disinfection (which they never did). Never EVER EVER again...

      James, thank you for bringing this to our attention. After reviewing your project, we noticed we received verbal approval from someone on-site to leave equipment until further notice. After being alerted days later to pick up the equipment, we realized the person we received verbal authorization from was not the proper point of contact on your project. Our procedure has since changed to verify this doesn't happen again. We realize this caused an inconvenience and a different level of service than we would have liked to provide you should that initial misunderstanding not have occurred, and we lowered your invoice. The rates that we use are rates created by and approved by a third party in conjunction with insurance companies whom we have contracts with that state we will use their chosen and approved price lists and units of measurement for the projects that we perform on their behalf. Since our company accepts insurance claims, we use this price list and pricing methodology. We would like to thank you again for bringing this to our attention and helping us improve our process and communication, and we sincerely wish you the very best.

      Good for water damage Not so much for anything else Had water pipe break in back bathroom water crew come right out dried everything up Been four months still haven't seen restoration crew water crew tore base boards out of bathroom and tile off floor and there it sits I have called office several times and told someone with construction crew would call me never did Insurance company wound up closing claim out so guess I'm on my own I will never use company again

      Hi Roy, thanks for bringing this to our attention. When our team submits a service request to an adjuster, we wait for the insurance approval before beginning work. This is our policy so our clients are not left with a bill their insurance claim will not cover. Many times, especially for construction projects, there is a generous discussion with an insurance company about services and items that are covered and what are not. This back-and-forth can be lengthy, and we understand it is frustrating for our clients. We have changed our procedures to better communicate with our clients when delays like these happen, because we understand that while this delay is occurring, our clients are left with a property that still needs work, and we certainly don't want to add to that pain. When a claim has both a mitigation and a construction portion, we must have payment to close the mitigation portion before we can begin reconstruction. We understand that our construction manager, Bill, contacted you previously to offer an explanation about your concerns. We sincerely thank you for the opportunity to help, and we wish you the very best.
