Good afternoon, to start it's ridiculous they way this company works , they were referred to us through the insurance due to a leak we had , where our refrigerator is located , before they came we had the leak fixed once Chris came out here and went under and this and that , he told my husband that he had went over a pipe and it had busted that we need to get it fixed and this and that , we where told by him that they would take care of it . Well that was about two month ago, and previous to this they came out removed the floor and left a gap with a piece of clear plastic and tape around it , to be exactly very yesterday they came out here and fixed after calling multiple times , they also left a gap on the outside area of our mobile home and they wanted to place a piece of plywood , which I said no because it look horrible . I am not sure what they did with the outside vinyl when they came the first but I have a tape outside . They seem to think that it's okay to not do the right thing, they keep saying due to the pipe being rotten they aren't able to do anything , when there crew are the ones they mess it up, they keep saying you had multiple leaks no we didn't we had only one leak which was fixed prior to this . It ridiculous how they conduct business and how they can't seem to even call you back until your either piss off or etc ,. I had to go until this measures hoping they would refund me the money they caused me for a damage they did . You have to call them multiple times and it's ridiculous
