On July 24, 2023 I took my 2015 Nissan Versa note to get serviced. I had trouble with my car accelerating and had taken it to another mechanic who then referred me to the dealership because he said there was a transmission issue and he could not fix it. I took it to the Nissan dealership and explained that I could not accelerate on the car as fast as I needed to because it would stutter. They advised me that they did not find anything wrong with my car but since I was having issues with accelerating they told me I needed to update the ECM codes and get a transmission flush but suggested I fix the brakes first. I spent $240 for the update on July 24th, and told them I would come back for the transmission flush. I did not expect for the issue to be completely resolved because I still needed to get a transmission flush. I could not go back to the dealership right away because I went on vacation. I went back to get the flush and spent around $540 on August 31st. They again told me everything looked fine, nothing was wrong with my car. On September 1st my car broke down in the middle of the highway and had to be towed to a mechanic. The mechanic let me know that my transmission needed to be replaced, and quoted me $4500 to repair my transmission. I had to spend money for towing and a rental and I would like a refund on my services or at least a repair of my transmission.
