DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. QUOTED RENT AT $602 A MONTH WITH HAVING TO PAY ELECTRICITY AND GAS. ENDED UP PAYING NOT ONLY THE ACTUAL BILL BUT EXTRA FEES, ALONG WITH EVERY BILL ASSOCIATED WHICH MADE IT $100 EXTRA. SUBMITTED MAINTENANCE REQUESTS BACK IN MARCH AND WAS NEVER FIXED BEFORE I MOVED OUT. PLUMBING WAS CONSTANTLY BACKED UP, SAID THEY SPRAYED FOR BUGS BUT NEVER DID, HAD MICE AND INSTEAD OF GETTING A PEST PERSON THEY GAVE ME GLUE TRAPS, AND MY WINDOWS NEVER LOCKED IN THE ONE YEAR I LIVED THERE. SAVE YOURSELF THE TEOUBLE AND STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. AND THEIR COULTER LANDING PROPERTY AS WELL.

I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience at Windtree. You never expressed that you were having any issues with pests nor the amount of your monthly statement while you were a resident. Your monthly rent was 602.00 per month. However, as explained at move in there are allocated utilities (Water and Gas), You, signed the addendum for allocated utilities. Your statements each month break down the cost for you. Also, I do not have any maintenance requests pending for the apartment you moved out of. It is unfortunate that while you were a resident you did not voice your concerns so we could have had the opportunity to address them. Or even at move out a discussion about your unhappiness would have been appreciated. We had no idea you were unhappy as you stated your reason for move out was, personal you needed to take care of your parents. We wish you well in all your future endeavors.Review from David R

Toilet in one of the bathrooms plugged up including the bathtub, kitchen sink, and washer. Called on Saturday, May 8th, 2021 they said it was not an emergency because we have two bathrooms. Maintenance came was very rude threatening and abusive. I am disabled so I am sure he thinks he can mistreat me. he left without fixing the toilet. I went to the office, which is very difficult to do so physically. The Manager was there said it was not an emergency. I said it was because it was very difficult for me to get to the other bathroom with my walker. Anyway, she threatens to evict me leave she put her hands on me pushing me out of the door. As of today 05112021, the bathroom has not been fixed. As I was walking out the walker got caught on something causing a near fall.
