    We ordered a blower motor online on or about February 26, 2023. The site said it would fit all Comfort Zone heaters. The one they sent was a 3 wire and we need a 2 wire unit. When I went back to the site it said the best way to get in touch with them was to send a message on their site so that's what I did. After a couple weeks waiting I got their phone number and tried calling. Nobody answers the phone, it doesn't even announce that you have the company on the line. I tried several times. After ringing alot on the 3rd call it transferred me to an extension so I left a message with my info and explanation of what was going on. No call yet. They just ignore us.If they can't send correct motor we'd like our credit card credited.

    Purchased a small In Wall Heater that did not fit our application. Everything was left in its original packaging and we contacted BioSmart immediately within two days of ** getting the order. We contacted them by email and phone multiple times over the next two - three weeks trying to get in contact to get a RMA # to return the heater which their website says you have to have to return an order.We followed all directions including using their return email address and leaving voice messages at multiple numbers listed on their website. We are now past the 30 day return window and are continuing to call their numbers with no return emails or phone calls from them. Do not buy from this company, they do not answer their emails or phones, its like they ghost any customers once they get their monies. Leaving their warrantee useless also.
