I have had quite a few issues with the ***********************. We have had the dumpster for a few months now and they not dumped the entire time I have had the dumpster despite calling multiple times. I have had to pay to plow the area where the dumpster is to make it available for pickup but the truck never shows up and I never get a call for reasons why I've called several times to have them tell me that we don't have an account and that we need to set one up which I have now completed three times. This last time I called to try to get it resolved and the woman just got frustrated me accused me of yelling at her. I didn't feel like the issue was ever going to be resolved so I just canceled my service I wish this wasn't the case and I hope it gets resolved in the future.

I used Alaska Waste in ******* for a year. I was assured by the employee that brought my can up here last year that they would pick up my trash each week on Friday. They did, until it snowed. The driver kept skipping me because he was afraid to come up here. We maintain the driveway, which is plowed and sanded. I also use another local trash company who provides a dumpster. That company never skips me.February **************************************************************************************************************************** I paid for 3 more months.Yesterday the driver skipped me again. The driveway was sanded Thursday. This driver does not tell the truth and does not want to come up here, and management in ******* has no control over their employees, lets them get away with this. The other trash company came up at 6 am and emptied the dumpster and they had no trouble getting here. The Alaska Waste Driver clearly lied about the condition of the driveway and management did nothing to help me. I cancelled the service and demanded a refund. I emailed the office manager but she did not answer me. I intend to file a charge back with my CC company.
