      We had a small business come assess our windows. We waited for 9 weeks when we were told 4-5 weeks for installation. I remember specifically said I would like sliding windows in two rooms. After I mention that I mentioned I know we will have to take out a few inches in the wall to be able to be successful at that. After that we just talk about fire safety. Then that was it. When the installers showed up they did not have the correct windows. This is a huge mistake as windows are in the thousands of dollars. Then they said they sent me info on the windows. I looked at the invoice and there were only info a window installer would understand better. I assumed that what we discussed was ordered correctly, which was wrong on my part.

      IThey are a company with no moral value, I recently had them install windows. The windows were a 1/2 inch smaller than my old windows and when we tried to put the blinds up they would not fit. I tried to get this resolved and the company refused to take care of the, when the measurements were do I was promised by the gentleman doing them that he would make sure they were right, because I did not get it in writing they told me to bad, of course the gentleman who measured them no longer works for the company. The windows were also installed without flashing over the top like the other ones they installed last year witch I was also told they would do when I asked abut them I was told it would be more money to do this even though they did not charge for it the year before. So for those of you thinking to do business with this company make sure you get everything in writing and that the windows are measured right or you will end up getting reamed like we did.

      We appreciate all feedback from our customers. Our window installation was a professional installation, including applying flashing, per industry standards and per window manufacturer requirements to uphold the warranty. This information was provided to the customer through a manufacturer published document outlining installation process, pictures from the installation, and in person during the installation. We install flashing in our installations as part of a regular window installation, this is industry and our standard, there is no increased charge to install in this professional manner.This was the second time we had the opportunity to work with this homeowner. The homeowner had blinds that were installed inside the window box. This means if the opening changes and reduced in width or height, the blinds likely won't fit back in the window box. The first installation also resulted in issues with blinds not fitting. This often occurs when a homeowner transitions from older style wood windows to a newly manufactured window of their choosing. We tell all customers about this potential ahead of time, and he was aware of this situation going into the second installation.All of our estimates are provided in writing before any materials or products are purchased on behalf of a homeowner. Homeowners review the scope of the project and all products with our team prior to purchasing them or proceeding with the project. As repeatedly expressed to the homeowner, we are sorry that the blinds didn't fit inside his new windows. Our commitment to excellent customer service and professional installations remain foremost important, and I'm sorry our services didn't meet his expectations.

      This company said nothing to me about my blinds not fitting, I was actually told that they would get the measurements right so I would not need to replace them. The gentleman who installed my windows even said they were not measured correctly, they are just trying to cover their incompetence. They installed flashing over my other windows but not the ones they recently installed. I would not trust them again
