              During the week of May 10th the owner of this business, ***********************, showed up at my house to give me an estimate on a steel roof repair job I needed. Since we shared similar backgrounds and upbringing in the construction business, we established a good rapport. After some time, he said that he could do the job, and gave me a rough estimate, with final numbers depending on what was found during the repair. I agreed he looked me in the eye and we shook hands and then I asked when he could schedule me. He replied that they could start on May 27th. I was very happy to have it scheduled, but when that day arrived, but they didn't, I called to find out when they could reschedule. I got no answer and my call went to voice mail, I left a message. For the next week or so, I left messages almost daily since all I ever got was the voice mail message. Since that time I have left NUMEROUS messages, but apparently they won't even do me the common courtesy of a call explaining.
