    12/4/2023 $1343.72 I did not understand why the vehicle needed an oil change when I dropped29.95 the vehicle off, the oil level was at 80%. When I pick the vehicle up the oil level was at 80%. I was charged $29.95 for complete lube, oil and filter service, I was charged $54.90 for 5 qts of oil, and $10.95 for oil filter. I believe that nothing was done because this is the same amount of oil that I get for a regular oil change and the oil level is at 100%. I was charged $65.00 for the battery, starting, and charging system test but there was no printout with the diagnosis of the engine. I was charged for the gasket set twice, $105.07 and $93.56. I know for a fact that everything you need in the gasket cover set because I purchased one this year. I believe some of the repairs quoted on the invoice were not done and it looks like the invoice just was a list of things with off the wall prices. I spoke with the mechanic, and he was going to send me pictures. I did not recieve the pictures, so I went up there a day later and the office personnel sent pictures, but it was not my vehicle. Yes, I also mentioned that the oil was not change and the mechanic said he reset the oil gage to 80%. Very important when I returned to the business for answers, the mechanic was not at the business. I have use this business in the past and had great service. I would like the owner to get involved and I am requesting a refund for services not rendered and other things.

    I have been experiencing persistent unpleasant conduct from one of the mechanics, *******, a tall, thin, African-American guy. I have been a regular client for many years. I occasionally stop by the air station to get air for my tire, and ******* is a really hostile individual who constantly has a bad attitude toward my family and I. I'm not sure what his issues are, but whenever we're merely getting air, he always gives us an unfriendly stare through the window. We needed someone to check a tire on Saturday, January 27, 24 at around 6 p.m. to see if there was a hole because the air pressure was not filling up. When we informed him he said, "Your tire does not look flat," even though my tire was flat. We parked outside the garage door, and fifteen to twenty minutes later, he walked over and, rather than interacting with us normally, began yelling at us. Several of the nearby customers became aware of his extremely hostile and demeaning tone. We waited in the store calmly and after a while ******* told us that he hadn't found anything yet when I asked if he had. After almost an hour, he entered the store. I asked him if he had found anything, just wanting an update, and he said, "I don't know You have to wait," in an inconsiderate manner. I went to another shop, and there was an internal repair and patch needed for my tire. No one deserves to be treated with such disrespect and indifference. I hope this problem gets addressed.
