    You all did a horrible thing when you let *** leave. I was in an accident in January and the only reason why I came back to this shop was because of the superior customer service ********************* provided.Fast forward to March 29th when I had the pleasure of speaking with *********************. I called and asked him when my vehicle was going to get picked up from the dealership in ********* due to no one in ********* having the equipment to calibrate my car. He stated *** was not finished with my car. When I advised him that I had just gotten off the phone with *** and it had been done for a week. He ran me around in circles and said he would get my car back up here.Car arrived the next day and knowing it was a Saturday, I waited until Monday to call.When I called Monday, ***** stated the insurance had not paid their mark up fee. I asked what this was since this was the first time I was hearing about this and ***** did the only thing he does well and ran me around in circles blaming *** for everything and stating the tow company *** chose was the most expensive in *********.I spent the rest of this week being ran around in circles by *****.I finally got my vehicle back late Friday afternoon after he told my husband he wasnt going to give the vehicle back until they received the last check from the insurance which is this mark up fee that was never mentioned and not paid the first time the tow company took my vehicle.***** told me on several occasions that he was holding my vehicle and refused to hand it over even after my insurance company stated everything was paid in full because they werent even tracking ****** mark up price.My husband ended up paying this to get my vehicle back.What good is it to have insurance if interior Autobody is charging the customers fees??Never again.Horrible business practice.PS thanks for the grimy fingerprints left inside my cab!
