City Waterproofing is the kind of company that goes above and beyond for their customers. I never felt pressured to spend more money than I needed to. ******* grandfather did our job back in the 80's and our sump pump just went out. However I called them and they fixed it with a new pump just for the cost of a new one. its nice to see a 4th generation company that is still in business and our basement has been dry since they did the job. ***** and City Waterproofing did an excellent job fixing our waterproofing issues. We recently purchased a home, and quickly found out that we had issues with water coming in where the basement wall met the floor after it rained. ***** and his team went above and beyond to help us fix the problem, and prevent future water damage. I would heartily recommend City Waterproofing. We had water flood our basement for the first time in our 70+ year-old home this past February, and the guys from City Waterproofing came in and took care of everything. They showed up when they said they would be there, kept us appraised of what they were doing along the way, and encouraged us to ask questions and take photos. Because our home is old, there were, of course, some challenges that cropped up along the way, but ***** and his crew addressed them all, and kept us in the loop as to what they planned, and included us in the process. When work was completed, they left our home just as clean, if not cleaner, that when they found it. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family . and I have.City Waterproofing Response

After getting quotes from a dozen waterproofing companies, I decided to go with City Waterproofing, and Im so glad I did. ***** and his crew have an excellent attention to detail, and work very hard. ***** is an excellent manager and cares as much about his crew as he does the quality of his work. They brought in a giant air scrubber so the crew didnt have to breathe in dust and so my house didnt get dusty. They cleaned up the basement and left it cleaner than they found it. They completed the job in the time they said. He guarantees his work, had customized solutions to our specific water problem, charged a fair price, and didnt have surprise charges. City Waterproofing really did an outstanding job on our basement. They're very knowledgeable and fix every problem your basement might have. With not knowing how much it would cost, we were dreading getting our damp basement fixed. Now we can finish our basement and add much more than we paid to the value of our home.
