I purchased a 2012 Dodge Journey from them after being turned down alot of places. Got financed with Credit Acceptance. The car had problems right away, but they fixed it and made it right. It's been over a year now. The car has held up much better than expected. Credit Acceptance has been a pure pleasure to work with. My credit is much better now, but the old Journey keeps going and when times got tough CAC worked with me and never once threatened me. I'm very pleased with the car and the lender they got me approved with.

We purchased a vehicle from Simons. The vehicle had major engine issues. They wont help me. They say the vehicle is as is and its my problem. No INTEGRITY what so ever . Basically. You bought the vehicle and its your problem not Simons. BEWARE of the page that states. We waive the right to further investigate the vehicle with a mechanic. I feel that a mechanic shouldnt have to investigate a vehicle being sold by a reputable dealership , the dealer should have repaired any issues that the vehicle has before putting it on the lot for sale. Not the case at Simons Motorcars. Take the vehicle to a mechanic before you decide to purchase. Huge ****** I learned from the dishonest people at Simons Motorcars. No call back from management no call back from anyone showing concern in regards to a dissatisfied customer. BUYER BEWARE!!

I bought my 2007 *** Cruiser last week from Simon's **** cars and must say I am very happy with the entire business dealing with this company. A couple days prior to the transaction (after my 10 minutes test drive, on that day) they were able to already verify all my financials and credit and the evening before the purchase when they said it would need x amount of dollars downpayment to be approved with the lender through them. When bringing in that amount of cash, my t o t a l savings from the past 5 yrs, within an hour and a half they said everything was a go, and approved with WESTLAKE a n d with the Liberty Shield coverage Corporation. Then **** helped me, showing me all the finalized terms, giving me every document for the transaction, including the signed copies. It was complete, it was my car now ! I have been broadcasting to all my friends and relatives to buy all their vehicles from Simon **** cars in ***** ! Their honesty and approach of being upfront and giving you the vehicle delivered with all the completed documentation after getting to shake their hand was a great experience. I guess a transaction that occurs over a two to four day period, like this, is best- a dealership, and all involved institutions, have this time to give you their finalized documents at purchase .
