This auto service center is scamming their customers and not fixing the issues Customers request. I came for just TWO issues: an oil change and to fix my tire. I informed them that the back tire on the drivers side had a slow leak. What they gave me was a laundry list of a million issues with my car and an estimation of approximately $1200. I dont have the money for that. So I asked for the major things to be done. Granted, none of this was a problem for me but because they said so, I trusted their judgement. I assumed that one of those major issues was my tire, the actual reason I came in. I was charged $760 for them doing whatever they considered necessary. Which, again, was not what I even asked for. Barely two weeks pass and my tire still has a slow leak. I wonder what they even fixed with my $760. I will never go back because I do not trust them. $760 was given to them and my tire still has the same problem that I informed them of. Which tells me that they did not listen to me In the first place. A slow leak needs to be either patched up or replaced. And a good mechanic can tell which is necessary to do.Review from John C

This concerns the *************** store in *****, ****. We have been customers there for years but have always been cautious about accepting their repair recommendations. We have had second opinions that were contrary to their suggestions before. Today was the final straw. We brought two vehicles in for oil. I requested a blend for one and a standard oil for the second. When we picked the cars up, we were told that they put a blend in both, costing me about twice as much for the second car. On top of this they only set my due date out ***** miles on the cars. Who ever heard of a *****-mile use period on a synthetic blend? "That's what we recommend" was their answer. We asked why we weren't told they couldn't do a standard oil change at the time we brought it in. No answer (crickets). Also, they never bothered resetting my cars oil maintenance light. I thought several years ago when a Goodyear store forgot to put a seal around my brand-new oil filter that anyone could make a mistake (oil drained out and almost blew up engine). My advice: Never take your car to a Goodyear store for any service, but if you do ALWAYS get a second opinion from a certified mechanic you can trust.Review from Kerry R

Made appointment on line for oil change. Had to provide all my information and select the type of oil I desired. I was given the date and time to show up along with my total price of $27.74 for the service. I showed up on time. They had to take all of my info again as it had not posted on their computer and I had to show them my copy of the appointment. After they got all of my info they then told me that they couldn't do the service (oil change) for that price because they didn't carry that grade of oil which I had booked on-line and that I would have to get the next grade which would be around $94. They told me it was not their fault that their on-line bookings didn't show their inventory.Review from Deion J

I had my car towed to Goodyear. I called Goodyear to let them know that I had my car towed up there and I will be needing their service. I had a son sickness and while that was going on, Goodyear decided to tow my car away without trying to contact me or anything, they have no remorse They take no accountability, but not trying to contact me before towing my car even though I made it an effort to contact them at least once.Review from hneal187

Management is terrible, mechanics are not good, and they do not know how to diagnose a car without power steering when there are a few ways to troubleshoot/diagnose a car's front end without driving it. I called the customer ********************** number that was left on my review on Yelp and spoke with a female while talking to her I could tell she knew nothing about what I was saying. She called the store and they told her the same thing about not having power steering. It was like the situation was swept under the rug because all she did was get off the phone seconds later. I do mechanic work for a living so they couldn't tell me anything and I run with it, but for the people who don't know about cars I feel for them, the company seems to have integrity issues and the mechanics seem to have no automotive knowledge the car was and is still drivable. I brought my car to another shop and they test-drove it, put it on the rack, and showed me the problem (simple) I will never do business with Goodyear.Review from Stephen P

Horrible experience. I brought in a set of tires put on my brand new truck and to change out my current ones and they only had 4k miles on them. When I dropped off my truck they took my keys and said thry would call me when my truck was ready. After receiving the call I went to pick up my truck and noticed my original tires were not in the bed. I went inside and asked for them, and when told to standby, I waited 5 minutes then was told they destroyed them. After asking why, because they were brand new they said it was policy that ALL tires regardless of condition were destroyed. I asked for the policy and was never given it. After contacting the manager the next day, she also said it was policy. When I asked her to email me the policy, all I received was a copy and paste of the policy on how tires are destroyed. Nothing in what was sent to me stated that THE CUSTOMER had to ask for there ********************** back. If this is a policy then thus would be for all locations around the **, even in states that replace there summer tires to ******* and back. So in conclusion, I lost $1200 in tires and will NEVER go to this place again.Review from Trisha M

*********, ************** DO NOT GO HERE I went in to change my brake pads.The salesperson ****** repeatedly tried to upsell me rotors, despite me not needing them. I've explained the last time my rotors were changed was 20K miles ago. Average time to change rotors is 50k-70k miles.Because I didn't want the rotors changed unnecessarily, I was refused service.This is an horrible and dangerous way to do business.Review from Chris J

Wonderful place! I recently moved to ******** from *****, which was a pretty far drive to their ********** Location. I am so happy they have open this shop at 121 and ******. These guys have always gone above and beyond for our family. They recently worked on my wifes Audi that was having trouble with a taillight. I changed multiple bulbs in this car and a day later the bulb would be out again. I was greeted by ******, and he immediately diagnosed the problem to be a connector that was shorting out to the tail light assembly. When he looked up the part Audi wanted like $80 for the part. He didnt stop there, he continued to look and found an identical part with the same part number used for a different purpose for a fraction of the cost. Had me inspected and back up in running that day. Thanks ******! This is why I always use ****** Road ****************************** They are a fraction of what the dealership would have charged. I've had a Goodyear Credit Card for a few years now, and everytime I use the Goodyear Credit Card I pay the interest accured on the next bill. I paid a little over $21 this past month (June 2024) for interest and I haven't used this Card since December of 2023 or January 2024. I get my bill for July and I have $124.00 in interest! I called the Credit Card number and spoke to a lady that was trying to tell me that I had a 6 month promotional period and because I didn't pay this Credit Card OFF in those 6 months I am now going to be paying the interest that was accured. First off how was I on a 6 month promotional period when ive had this Card for over 7 years! I haven't USED this card in MONTHS! I've always just paid the INTERST I ACCURED THIS WHOLE TIME ON EACH MONTHLY BILL, HOW WAS I ON A 6 MONTH PROMOTIONAL PERIOD WHEN IVE HAD THE **** FOR YEARS!! I CUT this Goodyear Credit Card up it's in the trash and I will NEVER USE GOODYEAR AGAIN!! I was trying to explain to this lady that I've clearly had the Card much much longer than 6 months, but she talked down to me, she was rude, and I'm now ****** the **** OFF!!!
