This place is terrible, the lady that did my taxes, *****, kept dodging our calls to see what was going on with completing our taxes. ***** said she would call me for phone update never called .. ***** then made appt for 2pm didn't show up or call..Take your taxes elsewhere, cause there is nothing professional about this Lady or her company. ITS A JOKE and I had to pick a star ??.

I have printouts of all phone calls and text messages where I was in contact with them up until she threatened to turn me into BBB. 11-20-2023 ****** (Rays mother) brought me their documents. There was an address discrepancy, so I sent **** a text with the list of W-2 and she called me and we discussed her addresses for 2020. She said she would have *** call me when he got home around 330 pm to help him set up IRS account login. He called at 5:53pm and I missed his call and then called him back at 6:06pm and spoke to him, advised we would have to try another day because it was so late, he stated he would be off work the 21st and would text me if that was the case. I sent him a text 11-21-2023 at 10:23am asking if he was off work, he replied at 1:59pm and said sorry his text was never sent. I did not see his text at that time, he texted again at 5:15pm and said he was going to run a few errands and be back in hour. I responded and told him I got bombarded and will have to try another day. He said OK, thank you. ****** had set up an appointment for them for 11-24-2023 at 2pm. I had a doctors appointment that morning at 11:30am and they wanted to come in earlier, I sent him a text at 1:05pm advised ********* was at an appointment and was not going to make it back at 2. They were heading back home and said they would give his mom permission to sign for them when they got home. I called my daughter to go into my office and see what she could get done on their file. She realized we only had 4 w-2's and from other records we had showed they should have had 5 w-2s, they were missing a w-2 for ********. So, I sent *** a text advising them they were missing a w-2 for 2020. I never received signed authorization for his mom to sign, nor did they provide me with the 2020 w-2. Wednesday 11-29-2023 I was at appointment at 3pm. I left my phone in my office. When I got back home around 4:30pm, I seen I missed 6 calls from **** from 3:09pm to 3:14pm. and 1 from *** at 3:37pm. I also had a text from **** stating if I did not get back with them by Friday 12-1-2023 that she will report me to BBB. So, I sent ****** a text and advised her to come in and to pick their documents up. ****** apologized and I told her not a problem, just I wont represent anyone who threatened me, plus I did not have authorization from them, nor w-2 still. I have printouts of all calls and text... The only time I did not respond to her, or *** is when I got her text on 11-29-2023 about BBB.
