This is the *** the company my husbands works for hired to there taxes. He never submitted the proper forms for 2020 or 2021 for the company. After checking multiple times that we did our taxes properly I finally decided to make a *** account. And low and behold according to the government my husband didn't make any money for the these years. The *** gets their numbers from the **** We haven't been able to get our 2020 refund and more than likely won't get our 2021. This has hurt my family of 5 dramatically.After I discovered this huge mess up the situation wasn't handled in a professional way at all. I've called multiple times to their office and never once got a call back from the ***. He did send my husbands work and email saying "that it was handle" but didn't provide any concrete proof that the task was actually completed. The *** never reached out directly to the owners of the company about this situation either.So who knows when we will be getting our refunds. I've been checking the *** account daily to see rid they have gotten any updates from the *** and nothing has come to fruition. I will be contacting the *** again today. Who knows how this will negatively impact my husbands coworkers as well when they are expecting their tax returns this year. This company has deleted my ****** and Yelp reviews about this experience. I believe it's everyone's right to know positive and negative experiences and they are preventing that from happening.
