I ordered the teeth whitening system from them for my wife. After following the directions meticulously for almost 2 months now, there has been absolutely no change if the shade of tooth coloring. I reached out to the company about a refund. The company has a 30 day return limit, so my purchase was beyond the stated time frame. Their products are garbage and should not be purchased by anyone.

Per the thousands of 5 star reviews and abundance of repeat customers, we know the product works and can assure you that it isn't garbage. I did see that our customer service department tried to walk you through some tricks and tips, but I do understand that your wife was unhappy with her results. Unfortunately, you were outside of our money back guarantee period but if you reach out to our team we would love to offer you an exchange for a product that might work better for you. We make approximately 70 different products, so we can generally find a good fit for everyone. Thank you for your feedback and we look forward to hearing from you. 

The Teeth Whitening Device quit working in less than 30 days. Poor quality!!!! ***** and Support team were contacted by email but no reply. Poor service because the reply I got was auto response possibly not even reading my email.

You sent an email on Friday, October 7th at 11:41pm (after business hours) to my support team letting us know your device was not working. You then sent another email on Saturday, October 8th. You then filed this review on Saturday, October 8th (SATURDAY- one day after submitting the original email at 11:41pm Friday night) without giving us any time to respond. We did respond to your email on Tuesday, October, 11 (just 2 business days after your first email) with some troubleshooting questions. This is not an auto-responder. You never responded back to our email. I have screenshots of this and will be happy to submit these. I did try to call you personally and your voice message inbox is full and I could not leave a message. I then texted you to let you know we will be sending you our new version of our Real ***** Teeth ******** and another free gift for your inconvenience. I am really sorry about your experience- however our support team works limited hours on the weekend. We typically answer emails within 2 business day. Again, you submitted your first email at 11:41pm on FRIDAY night and then submitted this review on the next day (SATURDAY).
