I just want to start off by saying we loved it here. With a growing family we begun to look for a new vehicle efficient enough for the entire family. We kept hearing great things and seeing good reviews on a the new Nissan Rouge. While traveling from NC to Ohio we decided to stop and browse and I am beyond thankful we did. We were approached by a wonderful young lady *******. She was knowledgeable and extremely polite. She was able to point us to the best fit car for our family. She showed us many options and let us get a feel and familiar with each option. We did not feel rushed at anytime. We also met a wonderful man ******* who was polite and effective. They both made the entire process of looking and seeking a new vehicle. As we all know this could get stressful, both ******* and ******* made the entire process amazing and definitely easy when making a big purchase for your family. I am so happy we stopped at this wonderful place and were able to seek a new vehicle for our family. I definitely recommend this place for anyone seeking an affordable and great vehicle as well as getting amazing customer service from wonderful people.Review from Hillary F

We were interested in a Nissan Rogue, test drove it and began negotiations on the SUV over the phone. We discussed trade-in with payoff, monthly payments on the purchase etc. The sales associate was named ***, began to get more and more impolite as I asked more questions. Then the GM got involved and as discussions furthered into warranty coverage and what would be specifically covered and mileage etc. the conversation turned and they said with all the questions, they now would not sell me the car. We could not believe that simply questioning the details on a large financial decision as a purchase of a car, that they would refuse to now sell it to us. We found this very suspect and a poor business plan on their part. They were very disrespectful in the negotiation process and we would never buy from such a dealer. Be warned…
