            They packed us up on *****, and moved on *****. Our initial contract was $6003. During the packing I got a phone call from ***************************, the manager saying it would cost an additional $2000, and if we didn't pay them within 10 minutes by credit card, through Docusign, they would pull the packers and I would have to find a new moving company. They broke my queen size ***, and we only got half of my son's. I had to pay $535 to have my queen *** fixed. They also put a hole in my carpet. The mover dropped my key ring down the elevator shaft which cost me $75 to have them retrieved. I listed my hutch/buffet/sideboard as a high dollar item, but did not list the value as there wasn't a place to put the value on it.
