Horrible service, I scheduled a deep cleaning for a large condo that my parents purchased, After closing, I had many vendors come in to perform work, with the last being Merry Maids to deep clean the condo. Deep cleaning included all customary housekeeping cleaning. Mop and sweep floors, dust, windows, wipe down surfaces etc, after discussing with Julie, I was asked if I wanted baseboards, inside of cabinets etc cleaned out and appliances cleaned, and was quoted 1280 for the work to be performed and they would send a team for 6-8 hours. They did.not have to do appliances or windows, appliances were removed, and I paid a professional window cleaner to do the windows, after exactly 8 hours they called for payment. I was not there to inspect the work. The next day we inspected and it appeared that nothing downstairs was cleaned at all. The floors were black, surfaces were dirty, and all cabinets in the kitchen were untouched ( still had the stains left from prior owner inside). I promptly called to tell them and they sent out two more people that were there for an hour and they did not remedy. It’s horrible and I spent 1280.00 to ensure thus place was ready for my elderly parents, disgusted and feel taken that now I have to clean the place that I paid a so called professional to do.

she did call with the concerns. we sent the ladies back to correct any problems. the employees did correct any thing the lady wanted done. to my knowledge I thought we took care of any thing missed. the lady told the employees they corrected what she need done
