Since they block or have negative reviews taken down here is my review of my experience over the weekend.12:00 knock on the door with a very rude worker . Saying we were supposed to be checked out... I have the room till Sunday. She was very snotty and said did I scheadule with ******* and I said yes and she said I need to deal with them and left. I was half asleep in bed when this happened. Went down stairs and said I scheduled this room back Sept 26. The worker came up front and said what room we are in and kept asking me if we were with the wedding party... umm no. I said I was down here because my daughter works at a haunted house. She was showing a paper to the girl at the desk with room numbers on it and said this needs figured out. The last thing we need is a ****** off wedding guest..... That was rude as heck to say in front of another customer and offended me. I get woken up, half asleep, yelled at and here it is their mess up? Proper way to have handled this whether my mistake or theirs would have been to knock on the door and ask us to come down to the desk because there was an issue with the reservation. Not to bang on a door and give attitude. Forgot to add first night our toilet would not flush down. Front desk handed me a plunger to fix it.
