****** Fry does not do quality work. I would have givene 0 stars if that was an option. I paid him 12k for a roof replacement that he completed in late 2020. He was suppose to replace damaged wood, all shingles and install roll roofing where the pitch was very low. Well the roof leaks and the carport does too. Another roofing company came out and pointed out several short cuts made as well as proper roofing procedures not being followed. In order to get the roof to not leak, and additional $5950 would be required to correct the faulty roof. ****** Fry said he would fix the mistake for $4500 instead of making his work right. My advice to anyone contracting work with him is to run and run far especially if you are a woman. He does not stand behind his work, and he yells when he gets upset. He is by far the worst contractor I have ever come in contact with....BEWARE

This is  *** *** from Frys Construction, I would like to extend my apologies for the problem that you have now at this point. The only problem I have with your comments is that if I was such a bad Contrator why have I completed a window job, siding job, another roof job, and repair a porch for you on your other projects. I hate that you got put in the position your in because your old partner did not want to pay for new wood in 2019 in the area where the roof was flat. I put new wood everywhere else and your partner who you no longer deal with said it wasnt in yall budget. Even after putting the new wood on in 2019 you guys didnt buy no more materials to cover the roof so you had bare wood that set exposed to all the elements for a year , rain , snow all was on that roof before it was covered. I never done a roof where I had to wait a year before I got paid and when you agreed to buy the materials you dont buy what you need to complete the job in a timely manner. So 2020 I tell your partner once again now this roof has been exposed to all the elements we need to definitely change the flat roof wood at this point he did want to so I came out my pocket and put new 3/8 boards across the 1/2 inch board so we could feel comfortable to even walk on the roof. Now its two years later and the roof has a problem. I repaired the flat part of the roof twice this year and you have had other contractors doing work up on the roof cutting out vent holes for the new bathroom, and the furnace guy up on the roof cutting out for his vents, the new service electric line cut in three the roof because its a ranch style house. So I definitely not responsible for any of those other leaks but I still came and repaired them because she call and ask me simply because I put the roof on. I will always go out my way to make my customers happy. So maybe you need to have a better choice in your partners not your Contrator.This all could have prevented if it was done the right way two years ago, when you try to cut corners this is what happens but it fair to me as a Contrator to have nobody try to make a bad report on my company and all we tried to do is help.

Even after I was finished with the roof its was no leaking the roll roofing was installed in the beginning last it was supposed to be, now your partner is gone you take over the project and say you dont like roll roofing change it and out shingles on I done that. So please dont say we havent tried to help or act like we dont have no experience at what we do. I still offer to help in this problem so I have done what I could do to try and help. Thank you

****** continues to lie. He did offer to replace the roll roofing if I paid for the materials. So I did that and now the roof still leaks. I paid out another $3100 for the roof to still not be correct. This has all been in the last 2 weeks. No matter how I try to give him the benefit of the doubt, he fails to deliver quality work. Now in reference to his lies above. ****** was paid over 11k to replace the roof. He was to completely tear off the old roof and replace the wood as needed. These are his words on the contract, not mine. He states that the roof was not done and was wet, all not true. He started the roof at the end of 2019 and completed it early 2020. He never told me there was water damage, he never said there was a problem with the roof not being correct. I looked at him for guidance, so if anything was wrong or would not be right, why not tell me that? I also ask, why would you do faulty work if you knew it would leak? Any roofer would say to any customer, that circumstances would cost additonal monies, not complete a roof that leaks..and mind you leaks in spots that are not flat.******************* will then contradict himself and say, the roof was fine until other contractors got involved with the home to do their part. Now even if this was the case, ****** just said earlier the roof was wrong for other reasons. Also the roof currently leaks where no other contractors were present...so which is it? Honestly, it is neither. ******************* is a liar and a con artist. He is now telling people the story above.. but I have receipts and correspondence of him saying the roof was fine. I have pictures showing his completed work. I have pictures of payment as well as pay pal receipt to show he was paid by me not a partner. He is a terrible business man and dishonorable to slander me and tell lies that show his deceit.And I recently found out, that previous work he had completed for me on another home, is also faulty. The homeowner is getting water in her home after ****** did a complete roof job there as well. Here we are less than 2 years and the **** leaks and he lies to try and save face. BEWARE
