I just had my first HVAC maintenance visit from aJackson Comfort technician. He did a great job and provided great, useful information about my air conditioning system. The technicians name was *******************. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He kept me appraised of what he was doing and provided a good explanation of the results of inspection and maintenance. Thanks to Jackson Comfort for their great service.Review from Charles F

**************** Replaced 30 year old air conditioner and 20 year old furnace, by installers ******************** and ***. These newly installed units were checked over again by technician **** a week later. Outcome was everything we wanted and more. Excellent workmanship, efficient and focused on the job. Personable, courteous and answered all questions. From salesman Bill, to the surveyors and down the line, Jackson Comfort is outstanding. We give them a 10++.Would highly recommend them. Due to a recent downstairs ceiling water leak from clogged furnace drains (located on 2nd floor of my condo), I called Jackson Comfort on a Saturday emergency basis. I can't say enough great things about Jackson Comfort and the technician **** who came to my home! The technician called to suggest things I should do before he got to my home. Upon arrival all areas of my condo were checked, confirming the downstairs ceiling ductwork was leaking from the furnace drain pan / clogged furnace drains. After the initial emergency work was completed, I was given peace of mind to call back if more leaking was detected plus Jackson Comfort would return on Monday to reassess and finish the work/repairs. Such a wonderful company to have on your side for regular HVAC maintenance but especially during an emergency!!Review from Chad L

Been a customer of ********************** for over 30 years. As always their service this year has been excellent. Had our semi annual check up with ********************* and associate. This was our first time using Jackson Comfort and we were very impressed. We had a new hot water heater installed the day after we called them about it. Jake the technician, was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He installed the new tank very efficiently and we had confidence in what he was doing. INVOICE: ****** Address: ******* * ****** ** ***** USA Technician: **** ****** Technician: **** ***** I would like to commend the technicians you sent to my cousin's house to remedy an issue with the boiler. Both **** and **** were knowledgealbe about their craft and very personable as well. They took care to protect the interior by "bagging" their feet and cleaned up upon completion. While they explained the problem they didn't mind me asking questions or looking on; in fact they encouraged it. They were on time and recieved electronic invoices of the work performed and parts used (and showed the problem with the defective part). Called yesterday morning due to water heater not working - they quickly dispatched tech within a few hours who diagnosed bad gas valve and said I would get a call in 1-2 hours with quote for repair so I could authorize. Four hours no call - I speak to customer service who says she will call me back tomorrow. I wait until 11 next day and call customer service who says parts manager stepped away and she’d call me back shortly. We’re now 3 hours later and no call. I would have already switched companies but it cost me $89 to have them come out and look at it. Part still hasn’t been ordered and still no sight of hot water in the near future. How this company has so many positive reviews, I’m not sure.
