      I was in the ER . They prescribed a drug for high bp. This company charged me 94 bucks for a drug that cost 19 to produce.

      I had Elxir unfortunately through Medicare First They say no You don't have to pay any Premium lol Six Months later comes the Threating Letter surprise You do oh and sorry about that smh worst Company ever to deal with very disrespectful to Disability People I will add sorry if Anybody has to deal with Them!

      Elixir Insurance Company will no longer be available through Medicare in 2024. Thank you Medicare for rectifying the original mistake made in allowing Elixir to service (?) Medicare constituents **********

      Frustration and Careless. They tend to drop medications after, the time to switch plans and drag on the time to dispute. This puts Doctors an awkward situation where they have to spend more time with paperwork than helping patients. When, they finally got to the review it's a sham process and will deny regardless of the efficacy of any medications.

      Elixir Insurance is the worst prescription drug plan that I ever had, and would strongly recommend that individuals looking for an affordable Medicare Part "D" plan should definitely look elsewhere. Elixir, f.k.a. EnvisionRxPlus, used to have affordable premiums, at least 3 years back, even though the annual deductible was significant. Yet, on a yearly basis, they've been dramatically increasing their required, monthly premium, as well as raising their annual deductible. The reason why I didn't drop Envision, before it became Elixir, is because I had them, before acquiring my LIS, which thankfully covered my premium payment, once it went into effect. So, I didn’t think of looking for a more competitive product with better coverage, during that time. Since 2023, their required premium became so high that my LIS, which was newly capped, wouldn’t fully cover it in my state. So, I had to pay for the difference, out-of-pocket. Concurrently, I found another provider with little to no co-pays, as well as no annual deductible, while pricing the monthly premium, below my LIS threshold, or 21.2% cheaper than Elixir! Likewise, I gave e-mail feedback to Elixir with no response, while calling Customer Service (CS) and having them submit my complaint through their “Grievance Department” (GD). Apart from a couple of those reps falsely claiming that my out-of-pocket payment would be refunded to me, their “GD” never called me back, after 10 business days, as promised, to verbally communicate their determination. Instead, just like their one-and-only billing statement, which blindsided me, said determination came in the form of a letter, at the last minute. (In the case of the latter, the document arrived on the 2nd day that I was being covered under my new PDP! ) When, on that day, I called Elixir to let them know about these latest developments, while sharing my frustrations over their poor CS, the rep offered to submit my feedback to the same “GD” for review.

      HM This company is so rude and not very professional. My husband fillled out forms 2 times this year and mailed them to put me his wife on his file to have permission talk for him when we called in (due to his hearing problem). Every time I call in they tell me I am not in his file they donot have forms filled out for him. Guess they don't know how to file. Also today I called to disenroll him first they spoke to him to get permission to talk with me,after ********************************** permission to talk for him even after he told them I could. Oh yes they could not find forms he had filled out and mailed months ago. Then I was told he had to fill out more forms and mail to disenroll,sure they will not be able to find them either. So I called ******** talk to supervisor told her problem I was having and she disenrolled him. I still had to pay premiums for nov. and dec this year,I made 1 month payment called Elixir to see if it would cover Nov.or Dec. I was told before payments were always 1 month in advance. Elixir told me we can not tell you what month it for without your husbands permission. They are the worst company ever so glad we are out.

      Please seniors pay attention! Rip off company. I was recently informed I will pay over $50.00 per month for the plan. I take 2 common drugs and still pay too much each time . Really? Please consumers - there are much better plans that dont rip us off.

      They got me last year. More than doubled my premium. Just got notification almost doubling again unless I call to see if the increase applys to me. Same snake don't bite me twice!

      Just received notice through mail that my premium is increasing 150% next year. I called the company to ask why, and their customer service people don't know. They say they won't know anything until October 1st. This strikes me as corporate incompetence ... or greed.

      Dear people who are seeking insurance plans,If there is a button for ZERO stars or negative stars ??. I would be clicking it. I have friends that work in the medical field that hate working with insurance companies. I just had knee surgery 2 weeks ago and my doctor prescribed me a certain medication and told me i need to start physical therapy as soon as possible. The insurance told me and my physician that i dont need it and i should take ibuprofen, as well waiting to approve me for physical therapy. Dear insurance company, unless you have a medical degree and have been trained by a teaching physician you have every right to tell me what is best for my health and better my health. Since, you dont and only like making money and stealing money that i pay you for service. This company doesnt care about taking care of people when the definition of medical insurance is to help people Financially. Again you are not a physician. YOU DO NOT GET TO DECIDE ON WHAT IS BEST FOR ************** THAT IS THE DOCTORS JOB! Sincerely, Lost customer
