Horrible customer service, **** is scheduler, promises return calls in 24 hrs, but typically way longer. On this install she is on 6 days! Never expect to get someone on phone. Only answering machine. She is argumentative, doesnt listen. She shouldnt be in a customer service role. If you can get past her, ***** is hood door installer.Review from Nicole L

They don't return calls. The day the door installer was supposed to come he told me that ********** didn't have the part he needed to work with and we had to wait a few days. Ok. The door installer ***** came to install two doors and left because it started drizzling lol. That's ok. He said he would come back. Never came back, never called. He kept putting us off. Then had comes back and says something was wrong on his truck so he had to leave to go home and fix it. He will be back. Well he never came back, never called. Finally comes back and started ripping out the back door and says we need extra parts. Lol unbelievable. Something's not right with this dude. He told us he would install the door and not charge us. Of coarse he left and hasn't been back since. I bought and paid for the doors and installation from ********** and this goof ball keeps s******* us around. I try to be as reasonable with people and put myself in their shoes so I can be patient with others but this guy has completely exhausted my patience. I'm so sorry I have had to deal with this BuiltRite company. I strongly suggest not working with them.Review from Karen T

I have read the other reviews and I too have and currently is going through the same issues. I don't know why ********** keep using this contracting company. They don't return calls EVER!! The rep at ********** said they don't return their calls so why keep using them? This is going to make me think twice about using **********.
