Awful products. Worse service.We purchased the **** dining table, buffet and six chairs. Most of the order arrived damaged and had to be returned and replaced. Once we finally received the furniture, the table became discolored -- with numerous dark spots spoiling the light finish. This happened within about 3 months of use -- even though it was very lightly used and always protected with placemats, coasters, etc. When I sent in the pictures and and called their customer service they told me that there was a "finish issue" with the table that would not be covered under their warranty. We have purchased a lot of furniture over the years and Arhaus is a store we would never ever shop at again! Be warned.Arhaus Furniture Response

The photos provided by the consumer show oil based stains. The limited lifetime warranty does not cover customer caused damage. We offer prior to purchase a Worry Free protection plan for accidents and incidentals. At this time we can offer tech referrals at the consumer's cost to repair the damage.Review from Simon N

This company doesnt honor their offers when you buy from them. The buy more get more is a fraud if you buy both online and at the store. Online manage doesnt respond to phone calls or e mails. They dont care for upset customers.Arhaus Furniture Response

We purchased the Pavo sectional about a month ago and a couple of weeks ago we noticed feathers coming out the cushions and pillows. we contacted customer service and was told this is normal and to just push the feathers back in which is ridiculous and somewhat impossible without causing more damage they said we needed to gather the feathers to prove it exceeds the normal amount which is outrageous for a $7k sofa. This place is over rated and I will never waste another purchase here due to the horrible customer service. our sales representative ***** was excellent, wish the customer care team was just as professionalArhaus Furniture Response

This review is not fully accurate. The consumer called in to discuss feather loss. The consumer was informed there will be some feather loss due to the cushions being overstuffed at production, that once the item acclimates to the home it will diminish. We asked the consumer to not pull them out as it will actually make the issue worse. There is no way to put them back in as the cushions are wrapped. We requested photos of the issue to make sure there was no loss of support and too insure the issue was minimal. Currently the consumer has an open case as we are waiting to accept the photos. This issue is currently not resolved.Review from Nicole G

Dont do it! Furniture is nice but way over priced. We financed the furniture and it has been the worst experience of my life. Completely incompetent staff on the phone with zero help and inconsistent records. I dont know how they have survived this long without a lawsuit. Terrible. Our experience with at this place has been an ordeal. Two months ago we went to buy a leather couch which would recline all three spots. They showed us one and I bought and paid for it. After waiting a few weeks for it to arrive, I noticed that the pieces were not connected . I promptly notified the salesperson about this. She confirmed that they should be attached and that it was an installation issue. The next day she said that it was not an installation issue and in fact the couch is modular and the pieces dont connect. I told her that is not what we wanted and not what we were told at the time of purchase. I asked for a refund or store credit. She indicated that the only remedy was credit but a 10% restocking fee would apply. I was very disappointed since this was not my fault at all. I asked to talk to a manager. The manager called me and was very terse. She was adamant about the restocking fee which amounted to more than $1,200 for what was really their lack of knowledge about their own product. Again, I tried to explain and finally she offered to waive the restocking fee only if we came back the store on a specific day, picked whatever they had on the floor and pay another delivery fee.At this point I was in disbelief and reluctantly agreed to this totally unfair arrangement. We went back to the store and felt a tremendous amount of pressure to select a couch. They did not have what we wanted and we ended up with the only available option. We ended up with couch that we really dont like. It is not the material, the color, nor the quality we wanted. They also made the transaction completely non refundable! Additionally, we spent more than 5 hours in the store while they figured out how to do a simple transaction on their system. It seemed like reversing a sale and giving us our credit was an impossible task. I had to correct them a couple of times as they were about to shortchange us on the credit as well. The consumer did purchase a ******* sectional from our Northpark location, it was not to his satisfaction so he was allowed to exchange it for another sectional. The consumer did not like that one either so he was allowed to return it for a refund, he is not charged a restocking nor a pickup fee.Review from Deanna K

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! Ordered over $100,000 in furniture in March and now August 2024 we still have not received all the furniture that was promised. The promise being all furniture and rugs would be delivered at the latest in early July 2024. Over the months things are said to be here and then they arent on the truck on delivery day. They use contract work for deliveries and repairs and the scheduling is a nightmare. Unkind and not efficient . They never know what will be coming. The repair people show up in the 4 hour window with no parts for the repair, and this is on NEW furniture that arrived broken. It is August 2024 and we still have no idea when the final pieces are coming. They are constantly wanting more money. The last delivery of a rug and sofa they required full payment with the promise the final 8 dining chairs, two end tables, and a coffee table (ordered in March 2024) would be delivered by the first week of August. We paid the $12,000+ which at that time, they said was the paid-in-full amount. Now they are stating that was a mistake and we owe around $3,000.00 more before delivery of two end tables. Still with no idea when the 8 chairs and coffee table will be available. It is EXTORTION !!!!!! I wish I had NEVER went there for furniture. It is expensive and not worth the hassle. One dining chair is $1,000.00, if you get it. A leather couch arrived with a cut in the leather, a console door was not working, and a dresser drawer will not close but they havent fixed it because they are waiting on parts for that new delivery to be fixed. We are going to have to pay a lawyer to get this straightened out. So DO NOT BOTHER signing up for this horror.Arhaus Furniture Response

I have researched the review received. The consumer purchased this a Loft location (clearance center) with another individual. A waiver was signed prior to the items being loaded, releasing Arhaus from liability for damages. It is on the consumer to load and transport items once purchased.
I reviewed the call from the consumer 8/9 and in which she confirmed the signed paperwork was completed by the individual who accompanied her to the store. We are sorry to hear of the incident but will not be moving forward..

We paid a lot for our Kipton sectional and were disappointed with the quality. It was nothing like the floor model we'd fallen in love with. We called to try to see if there was something they could do as it was causing issues with my husband's back. Through persistent phone calls, a manager finally admitted to us that there were supply chain issues in 2022 (the year we got our couch) and the cores (cushions) had been switched out by their supplier. It took us eight months to attempt to resolve the issue (I ended up contacting someone at corporate as the customer service was so abysmal). They attempted three times to replace the cushions and in the end, four of the five cushions are updated and closer (although not exact) to the quality of the floor model. Ultimately, corporate's customer service fell short ofwhatwewere expecting fromArhaus. We were made to feel like we were the problem and asking too much that this company deliver on the product theysold us (at a very high cost). Very disappointing experience. We apologize your Kipton sectional did not meet your expectations, as the Kipton is made to order you will have to break the cushions in to have the same feel as the Kipton in the your local showroom. The floor models have had patrons sitting on them where you were the first to sit on your sofa. Extremely Let Down - Arhaus Error - NOT Made Right!I gave Arhaus a last chance after three prior disappointing experiences: 1) incorrect products were delivered, 2) two defective dining tables sent, and 3) a broken chair sent/never re-ordered.I placed an order this past long July 4th weekend. The following day I decided to buy 2 additional end tables. I discovered my Arhaus credit card was over limit because my 1st purchase had been charged twice! I assumed it'd be an easy fix. WRONG!I called, and the experience has been torturous. I was passed around, given excuses, ignored, and wasted hours of my time for a simple issue. To top it off, I learned the 2 additional end tables I wanted were no longer on sale!I spoke with the Concierge Team. They said the WebSales Team could make a pricing adjustment, especially since this was an Arhaus error. WRONG!I called WebSales Team. After 20 minutes, a clerk informed me that her supervisor had reviewed the notes in the case I had filed. She refused to make any pricing adjustments! She said I had missed the sale and was just out of luck. Her careless decision was utterly disappointing, unprofessional, and lacked any sense of customer Arhaus made a mistake,is in the wrong and has refused acknowledge it, must less DO THE RIGHT THING!In summary, the company provided me bad customer service, has terrible internal and external communication, has inconsistent/unprofessional management, and has treated me poorly. I can't imagine another major retail operation not stepping up, fixing their mistake, and taking care of a customer when they caused the problem to start with.I'm done with Arhaus!Review from Jennifer P

I bought the Dune Sleeper Sofa and when it was delivered one of the seat pillows was very dirty. It looked like it had been in dirty water. Also the chaise pillow was disfigured, looking like it had a bump in the middle of the pillow and has a pull in the fabric. They sent a technician to clean/fix the couch, The pillow looks better, although they should replace it , The technician couldnt believe what the chaise pillow looked like and says he cant fix it. He said he would write a report on how bad the couch looks. This was Thursday 6/13/24. No one followed up with me so I called the corporate office. The lady told me that since I purchased the couch through my friend who works at Arhaus it is an employee gifting order and they wont fix/return or replace the couch. She said it comes as is.. It wasnt free; I still paid almost 3k for the couch. This is unacceptable that I have to keep a damaged couch; the customer service lady said I have to fix it myself. I cannot even believe a company like Arhaus that is supposed to be an upscale high quality store would expect customers to keep damaged items without any resolution.
