My son signed up to use there school and completed all his required classes when the driving started the instructor was lte the first time and very short tempered with us when we called to see why. The second class he was late again due to traffic coming from home. My son has struggled with his personality and lack of trying to create some kind of comfort ability with him. Oh and the first class I went in to meet him and he was so rude he asked how many of us would be in the car? When I explained I came in to meet him and to see if he needed me to sign or do anything he sharply responded without even looking at us, no you can go now. We were down to our last class and he had to cancel due to conflict. When we went in to reschedule there were no appointments for a month and a half.. called customer service told us they would be contacting the owner with a request for a special drive time and he would call within three days, its been almost two weeks and havent been called. Reached out again and was told we would be contacted by top drivers management staff four days ago and again have not been contacted.We are stuck in a catch 22. He is ready and can take his test but then he will need his own insurance right away, but we wont get the discount because he hasnt completed the course it a certificate. This is infuriating and unacceptable by their company
