      Can I rate them a 0? I went to the Medina and Wadsworth offices - earlier this month Feb 2024- I decided to try a half plasma facial, The tech got the numbing stuff in my eye- lidocaine- which is gritty- after the facial my eye increasingly become extremely painful to the point of sobbing. I couldn’t see out of that eye and it hurt! They made an appt for me at an eye surgeon, put the directions in my phone and I had to drive myself there! The eye surgeon said I had a 3.5 mm tear in my cornea!!! She had to put eye lens with antibacterial stuff on my eyeball which had to stay there u til Monday. All weekend long I was in extreme pain and I could not see I had to do eyedrops every hour and then go back to that same doctor on Monday to get the lens removed! It was a nightmare. The office responded at trillium Creek, implying that it was not their fault and told me to not come back as a patient ever! So now I have an eye doctor bill to pay! I can’t believe that they treat their me like this!!

      ********************, We are aware of the situation that you experienced at our office, and firmly believe that our provider, and medical team did everything they could to make sure you were taken care of. Our medical team, and provider checked with you numerous times before you drove to your eye appointment. It was asked if you felt safe doing so, and you reassured the medical staff that you were able to drive, and could see out of the affected eye. We apologize that you feel the elected service caused the issue with your eye. Our provider made sure they were in contact with your eye doctor, and we were informed, by the eye doctor, that what you experienced was an abrasion. It was also stated by your eye doctor that there is really no way of knowing what caused the abrasion, and that it was completely resolved by your Monday follow up. We understand that you experienced discomfort while having your eye treated, and glad to hear you are on the mend.

      Beware!! I went to this place a couple times years ago.. all of a sudden they kept calling me saying I owed them 20 something dollars. They tried telling me I made an appointment for something on my a*** and missed it. I never made an appointment. They are lying and tricking people into paying them. I tried to dispute it and they called me back and told me that the appointment was made by my phone number and I need to pay. I never made an appointment and now I never will again.

      We apologize for any confusion you might have had making an appointment. Our office does have a policy that, after a certain amount of missed appointments, (with a no call/no show) there will be a fee. This our no-show policy, under our financial consent, that was signed.Our records do show an appointment was made, and not cancelled, but missed without informing the office. Unfortunately, this led to the bill you are receiving regarding that. Our records also show that our billing department has verified information, and informed you of the charge, and why. I apologize for the confusion, and if you have any further questions, please call out office at ************. Thank you.

      Wonderful place, ***************** is so kind and so pleasant very good at explaining everything to me before she did it , then dr *********************** did my surgery part what a wonderful young man explained every thing in detail. , was so kind and gracious best doctors iv ever had I was so impressed how professional they both where and iv been to a lot of doctors thank you both for taking such good care of me and making me feel comfortable ??????

      Would give zero stars if possible. Dr ***** was extremely unprofessional. Took a phone call during my appointment. Didnt even seem bothered to help me. Just yanked on my hair, making more of it fall out and told me I have woolly hair and to cut off an inch to see if it grows you dont tell that to someone who has been struggling with hair loss and hair growth. Yea just cut more off. Which I DO NOT have woolly hair. She just pulled something out of her a$$ to get me out of there as quickly as possible, probably only with me for 10 minutes. Didnt even ask me any questions about my hair issues. Worst experience of my life. Will NEVER be returning. Waste of my time and money.

      I went to the ****** office for an appointment with **************, who was super weird and creepy during my exam; every time I answered a question she would hum and go "interesting...." and once she even asked me, "How does that make you feel when I say that?" During the exam it felt like she was more concerned about upselling me vitamins from their shop. But fine, it could have been my feeling vulnerable, so I didn't intend to say anything. I took her recommendations to the shop on the way out. The clerk charged me correctly but for the wrong vitamins: I didn't notice until I got home, so I called, & she was quick to try to resolve the situation over the phone; I mailed the wrong thing back, she mailed me the right one, & refunded the diff. I wasn't pleased at the hassle, but I did not want to make a big deal.I received a **** in the mail recently, then found they had automatically charged my cc without giving me a chance to pay first. I called over a period of several days, talking to several people who kept telling me they could not refund my money before I gave them the new card to charge. After my negative experiences, I said I wanted the refund first, was refused many times by the manager in their finance office bc of their "protocol", but finally after calling a diff office, it was resolved. So that was fine, and I thought the matter was finished.However, now that the **** has been paid correctly, they refuse to remove my cc information from their systems, again bc it's "their financial policy." If ZERO stars were possible, I almost would rate that, except I must credit the ************** for at least putting the **** on the correct card and taking it off the wrong one, even if it was after way too much trouble. The Wooster finance people were more helpful, though I am unhappy that they will not remove my credit card information.I will NEVER go to Trillum Derm again (my exam was at the ****** location), and I heartily recommend no one else does either.

We are glad to hear that our boutique staff member was able to quickly correct the situation with the vitamins. We apologize for the confusion with our billing policies. We do have a separate billing office that handles some billing calls and seems there was some miscommunication and frustrations. It looks like our main office took care of you, and if there are any other questions please call our billing office at ************ and ask for the internal billing department.
