From October of 2023 to present we've spent total $9K on the project. The $566 represents (1/2) partial costs of the TrickFlow roller cam replacement vs the original failed flat tappet hydraulic components. We're building two identical motors. I've emailed and called TrickFlow, however I no longer receive email responses. The verbal responses over the phone depend on the person I speak with. All typically say they have to have a meeting and will respond in an email but I never receive a written response. Trickflow representatives have verbally agreed to review the failed components. One of the lifters failed. It's mushroomed and the #7 intake cam lobe is wiped. I sent pictures and I believe this happened due to the oil used or the lack of a crown on a lifter. Different lifters exhibit a variable looking crown. Some are more extreme than the others. I only figured out the oil problem and the nation wide technology problems with 'old school' flat tappet after this failure. Hindsight is now 20/20 & I'll only build roller motors in the future.
