      So had an oil change done at Toth Buick on ************ this morning, had gmc points to pay for oil change. Went to check out and the point system was down. Gave them my member ID and said can you process transaction when system comes back up, they told me they can't let me leave until it was paid. I said when system comes back up you'll be paid. They said if I promise to pay cash if system doesn't come back up later I can leave. I said no, I promise to pay with points when system comes back up. That's what the point system is for. They said I couldn't leave without promising that, I said you'll be paid with points when system comes back up. He stood in front of me, knocking me back and would not let me leave. Mind you this is a $90 service. I have purchased several cars from them and my family has as well. He took my key fob and would not let me leave until it was paid. It is not my fault the system was down when I went to pay with my points. Keep in mind this was the owner of the dealership who did this, over $90, he will never see me again. The Owner is an awful person. Cares nothing about his customers, only about $90 he will eventually get when the gm point system comes back online.

      I contacted ************************ about a vehicle that was listed for sale. I was able to make contact with a salesman named ***** Hes definitely no spring chicken and works at a snails pace for one. What irritated me the most was when working out my trade. Seeing how in our initial conversations he mentioned and agreed to give me a more than fair price for my trade. The vehicle I was looking at was listed for MSRP 66k then a market adjustment of 6k which is ridiculous all in its own. Now with my trade in I wasnt wanting a crazy amount of money I didnt figure in market adjustment I was going off what was given by KBB and a few others in trade value which essentially is my payoff. On the low end my vehicle sells for 35k and the high end sells for 40k according to Auto Trader and other dealers. **** at **** thought it would be a great idea to give me an offer that was so far below value I just hung up the phone. It was really pathetic and insulting. The vehicle I was looking to purchase was a base model the price they list at is that of a higher model. All I wanted was a fair and decent value for my vehicle. Like I said I wasnt asking for some ridiculous amount of money for it. Its a fairly new vehicle with less than 50k miles and still has the factory warranty on it and in excellent condition, well maintained. Being fair goes a long way. Treating people like trash and trying to take advantage of people will leave you with an unsettling feeling. I would not recommend doing business with **** to anyone thats looking to buy a new or used vehicle at this time. This is a morally fractured company with crooks for salesmen.

      The Akron location on Arlington is hands down the best. Beyond knowledgeable and proficient with the car buying experience every step of the way. Not to mention how efficient and timely they are with the paperwork. You wont find a better team at any other dealership around.
