I have purchased TWO new 2019 Forester (Premium) vehicles and ONE new 2021 vehicle. Tomorrow, God willing, I will purchase a NEW 2023 Forester (Premium) model if I can get the right color off the lot or agree on a later delivery. Our interaction with both the sales and service departments has been both very friendly and technically exceptional. The State of Ohio has been running ads for automotive technicians for some weeks - there is a shortage. My advice to anyone having a teenager in the family is to have them tested for aptitude. I did this for myself and other members of the family. Sharting out in college as an electrical engineer, I was miserable. After testing, the reason was apparent - sales and engineering were at the bottom of the list. Teaching history at the college level was at the top with finance a close second. I went into the field of finance and graduated debt free. Yes, this is an odd place to put these comments but as I have been successful in my choice, perhaps those reading this may be equally blessed. We are fortunate in this state to have at least two excellent universities that offer co-op programs and a fair number of good trade schools. Aim for your passion and you will never work a day in your life. Cascade could use more good people and I have found them to hire good people. ***********************Cascade Auto Group, Ltd. Response

****, Thank you for your five-star review and for taking the time to write about the opportunities in pursuing an automotive career. We have several technicians that make a great living and did not need the huge expense of a college education to get to where they are. Hopefully your comments entice someone to look into this very rewarding field. Most importantly, thank you for being a long time Cascade client! *****************, Partner.Review from Kristopher G

Took my car to the ****************** To have my engine replaced. They have had my car for three extra weeks than promised. And just keep extending the time. I was supposed to drive this car to ****** two weeks ago for work. They knew this and promised me it would be done. With no regards to my situation didn't even start the car till after my start date. Because of this I lost a job I have had for 10 years. As a cruise ship Captain. I do not recommend ever using there service ***** They will just keep lieing to you and never get the work done. Very disappointing experience. I have no idea when I will actually receive my car. Stay away from this company, they are bad news! And I pre paid over ****** for the work.Cascade Auto Group, Ltd. **********, We are sorry it took longer than anticipated to complete ***********. As with most businesses these days, we are affected by a shortage of employees. It is estimated the automotive industry is nearly ******* technicians short to handle today's workload. As we get more qualified technicians the wait times for repairs as yours should become shorter. I realize this doesn't help you today but hopefully in the future things get better. Again, we are truly sorry we did not meet your expectations.Review from brett d

Shady people run this business. They have found a way to nickle and dime me all the way to over 4 thousand dollars! Thats more than my car is even worth. They let me drive a loaner car that had issues with the tire to begin with and want me to pay $600 for the tire. NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE!Cascade Auto Group, Ltd. Response

******, We are sorry you were not happy with your experience. In researching your file I see since you have owned the car you have spent a little over $3000 which does include routine maintenance. Your latest repair did include some no charge extras as well. We must also note you are driving a 2010 Audi A4 with over ******* miles. *** FREE loaner car we provided for nearly a month (mainly due to the supply chain issue) was a 2021 Audi Q7. We save all text communications and noticed when you did bring the leaking tire to our attention we offered to replace the Q7 with another 2021 Audi but you chose to keep driving that car. It is in the loaner agreement that you are responsible for any damage so the tire was your responsibility. However, we were able to repair rather than replace the tire so you were NOT charged for the damage. Any reasonable person can see we took very good care of you and we went above and beyond to fix your car at a fair price and provide you with a FREE car during the process. Again we are sorry you feel this was "shady". As the oldest Audi dealer in **** and the forth oldest in the entire ** we feel our practices are more than honest and reputable. If you look at our hundreds of on line reviews you will see most clients would agree we provide a five star experience. If you would like to discuss this further you may call my direct line at ************. *****************Review from Brandy F

I had recently purchased a 2015 WRX from another dealer in Cuyahoga Falls. A month exactly after owner the car, the check engine light came on and was reading codes for the Transmission. After fighting tooth and nail to get to take my car down to that dealership(I live in Mentor, so it's a 50+ miles one way for me) and getting the run around, they finally did the smart thing and called Cascade and let them take over.Come to find out, not only did I need one of the O2 sensors replaced in the car, it also needed an entirely new transmission!! (I fully believe these codes were on before I purchased the car, as they ended up being in the "history" aka a "stored" code, and after some driving they conveniently popped on for me)Cascade squeezed my car in, and worked on is as quickly as they could, providing me detailed information each step of the way. Luckily, Subaru had done an extended 100,000/10 year warranty for the 2015 CVT transmission for the WRX. And I just made the cut at 95k miles.My car now has a new transmission and O2 sensor thanks to Cascade and their hard work! Both Todd and Ron in the service department were excellent, always answering my call or returning it as soon as they could. I appreciate greatly all the hard work they did to get my pride and joy back on the road.I don't trust many when it comes to doing work on my vehicles, but I would definitely recommend and be a return customer to Cascade Subaru! It is worth the drive!Cascade Auto Group, Ltd. Response

When we purchased our car, it was delivered to us filthy and with door dings already. Buying my wife's first new car should have been a special day. Instead, we were made to feel like an inconvenience. That attitude has continued through to service, where we have been treated, at every step, like our presence - and the presence of our car - was some sort of unwelcome interruption from their daily routine. Most recently, they failed to correctly balance a set of tires, despite the fact that we waited for four and a half hours even after we called and scheduled ahead. Now we have to rescedule a day trip so that we don't chew up a new set of rubber. We've personally steered several friends and family members away from purchasing cars at Cascade, but for us, personally, this is the last straw. After they re-balance our tires, we will buy and service our Mazdas elsewhere. Mazda, as a brand, makes a terrific product, and they aim to move upmarket. If they hope to be successful, they need to get rid of dealers like Cascade that serve only to sully their good name and destroy customer goodwill. I'm sure that one of their social media lackeys will respond to this post with some sort of half-hearted apology, but it's too little, too late."Cascade Auto Group, Ltd. Response

**************************, We are sorry for your dissatisfaction with our dealership. I am an owner responding to your review "social media lackey". We take all reviews (good and bad) very seriously and have researched what may have happened. You took delivery on 8/19/2017. Had you brought the door dings or the cleanliness of the car to our attention at any time during the last 3 years and 11 months we would have certainly rectified the issue. Taking delivery of a new car is certainly a special day and making it that way is definitely our goal. We are sorry we fell short in your instance. As to your recent visit; once we mounted and balanced your new tires we discovered your wheels were damaged and bent. It was impossible to balance wheels in this condition until they are repaired. This is why you needed to return, so we could have our wheel repair person straighten the wheels. We understand your frustration however if you look at the hundreds of five star reviews we have received over our 52 years in business your dissatisfaction is not the norm. We have consistently achieved some of the highest customer satisfaction scores of of any Mazda dealer. Again we are sorry you are not happy with us. If you would like to further discuss your situation you are welcome to call me any time. *** ***** *********** As to your most recent visit;
