              Bella was pleasant to work with at the start. Our pool was blue with our previous company. But the additional cost of chemicals resulted in our hiring Bella. Our pool water turned green the week after Bella Pool Services began. It had been raining continuously for three weeks so we gave them the benefit of a doubt. After the pool stayed green for two months I spoke with the owner about the pool being green since she took over. First she blamed the previous company for putting too much chemical. Then she complained that we had too many trees and too many leaves falling into the pool. Then she blamed me for not emptying the leaf trap enough. I gave her a month to get the pool blue. She didn’t and quit coming without even letting us know. We paid her $275 a month for around four months. Our pool was green the entire time with Bella. I took over and the pool was blue and clear within a week. I’d rate Bella a zero out of five.
