Order of 3 new windows with Installation and 1 warranty window date of Quote 3/25/2021 along with down payment of $ 1329.10 check # 1074. Windows were to arrive with in 6 to 12 weeks. Clearlight windows was contracted by customer numerious times in thru April, May June checking on schedule to install. Finally was schedule for Aug.13,2021 at 4pm. Installers were late and Customer had to contact to confirm Clearlight was still arriving. Upon arrival Clearlight subcontracted the Installation out and windows were incorrectly installed. Mull bars were not installed at the time to connect the 3 windows together and screws where used instead. Customer questioned this procedure at that time and was told by Owner ****** **** that he would have to contact Window Manufacture about Mull Bars being incorrect and would reschedule to finish install. Aug XX XXXX was scheduled to finish install of New windows and warranty glass replacement for one window. Installer arrives and informed customer he was there for warranty window only. **** the installer at that time took notes of complaint about the new windows not installed correctly and finished. Sept. 16,2021 ****** owner and **** came to correct and finish installation of 3 new windows. ****** explained the window manufacture *** Young would not replace mull bars informed Clearlight they were sent correctly. Clearlight ****** brought his own (metal strips). This is when all windows all 3 windows were destroyed by ****** **** owner. He used a prybar to remove 3 dents on the outside frames caused by the first installation. The windows have been bowed due to him pushing and pulling without properly releasing the installation screws. Drill holes where left in the internal frame. Window seals were broken. Mull Bars were installed incorrectly and left sticking out. ( 45 pictures were set to *** Young window Manufacturing in Dallas and Lubbock and it was confirmed that the windows have been destroyed to unrepairable means).
