Owner made verbal promises that did not keep Even said after not keeping his verbal commitments, that he had only said things to win the contract No showed no called first date scheduled to build shed Owner created an hostal non trustworthy environment Owner Did not rescheduled immediately upon no showing instead scheduled out a couple weeks Cancelled second date when weather at beginning of the day was not best but ok as day went on Only called the customer back when no showed when the customer called the store that sponsored sheds to ask for second number to reach company The store contacted the owner and the owner called the customer upset that the customer had contacted the store Owner refused to give a company or any mailing address even for customer to send payment Owner did not meet all terms of written contract yet under the threat of legal action threaten the customer with legal action if did not pay remaining amount If work with this business make sure all agreements are in writing, oral , verbal word are meaningless Not worth the emotional stress created by the owner

Customer was originally told about 3-4 weeks before I could get there to install the shed, but nothing written in contract because we cannot guarantee that. Contract was signed on 10-12-21 but scheduled install date was left blank just in case we could come earlier. I verbally told them we could possibly get it in on 10-28-21 but I became ill and I didn't contact them....I told them that was my fault. Then we were dealing with rain/snow showers and we were shooting for Nov. 4 or 5th to install, but that didn't work for the customer. I received a letter from the customer on Nov. 4th basically telling me I didn't uphold my part of the contract. I contacted them on Nov. 5th and discussed the letter and they said they wanted a refund. I was willing to refund them minus a re-stocking fee, which is stated in the contract. We finally agreed on install date of Nov. 10th and finished on the 11th. Then the customer refused to pay me due to the ramps that were in the contract were not in stock. I agreed to refund them the money for the ramps, not knowing when the supplier would get them in. Originally, customer refused to pay the balance of the contract and said they would hold the remaining funds until the ramps came in. Not having any idea when ramps would be in, I told them they needed to pay me less the cost of the ramps. They refused to give my employee the balance upon his arrival and told him that they were going to hold the money until their brother, a painting contractor inspected the shed. This was not part of the contract and when my employee came back without the check, I contacted the customer and told them that I would be contacting my attorney as they were in breach of the contract. Finally, they agreed to pay, minus the payment for the ramps.
