            On 8/28/2022 we ordered a custom double front door. When it arrived in March (2023) the doors had significant, very visible, gouges in the wood. We of course contacted the company, and their offer is to *remove* our front doors and send them back to the shop for it to be refurbished. We obviously can't be without our front door, and we did not pay for a refurbished door but a new one. We offered to accept a 50% refund instead, but they refused. We did not pay $3,600 to have either gouged or refurbished doors (and no one can leave their house without a front door for days, much less weeks-to-months). They are not even attempting a good faith solution. The order quote ID was 179887 and the invoice for payment was DP62211.

            Placed an order of $4220 for home office doors in April 2022. First they sent the doors to the wrong address. When we finally received the doors in December the person that packed the doors for shipment drove a screw into the side of one of the doors splitting the wood and ruining the finish. I immediately called and emailed photos. I told them I believed we could make the repairs if they would send me some stain to match the door and hide the repairs. That was 12/19/22. Since then I have called and emailed so many times I have lost count (although I do have a complete record). Every time Erin or Lindsay P***** tell me they will send the stain and nothing ever happens. It is now April 2023. Now when I talk to builders or future homeowners I give them this company name and tell them to stay away. They do not service their customers, do not support their product and basically lie.
