            Set up dental appts for my family in March-May. ***** ******* x1 appt. ****** ******* x2 appts. **** ******* x3 appts. ******* ******* x3 appts. Dental staff are great. Billing is a mess. Prices were different for the same services & when I questioned the bills, I was told my Aetna insurance makes the patient turn the bills in themselves for processing. This was after I was charged copayments before. Staff were confused every time we went in and kept saying the manager would call us back, sorry people were in training, and they were working on fixing it. One of the last visits they flagged the chart to not charge us full price.. The dentist even tried to help us figuring it out and told the manager we were there twice so she could talk to us. She would never come out of her office & has never returned a phone call. It's already July! Is this fraud where they get more reimbursement from out of pocket payments instead of submitting claims to our insurance? I know we should have a refund

            I went there for an extraction a month ago at the end work they checked my insurance, and said i am responsible for all the charges which is $250, i paid that amount, after a month i i got a bill in the mail and they wanted another $43 and on top that my insurance paid $22, when i called their office and told them that charges suppose to be only $250. the said that the person who told you that made a mistake, so if you go there for dental work get everything in writing up front because the people who work there are dishonest. M S******
