We have reached out to ************ with no response. We were more than happy to look into it and definitely fix the washer nozzles which could have been caused by us taking the hood off.
-2011 Dodge; sunroof was not operable when vehicle came in, our fault for not saying anything and assuming customer was aware. It is an older vehicle, vehicles come in everyday with operations not functioning...if it is not directly related to the accident, we note during the check in process and move on. It is almost impossible to mention to every customer what does not work in their vehicle.
-************ could only come in on a Monday, he could not leave it overnight and could not bring it in until later in the day. Monday the 18 we did have a couple techs out sick and explained this to ************* He asked to bring it in on 25th... Christmas day, sorry not asking someone to work on a holiday. The next Monday is New Years.
************ was extremely happy when he got his Dodge back, especially since we buffed it for him at no charge. We never want a customer to be unhappy with our work and do everything to make it right in the event something is not as expected. I wish ************ would have given us the chance to make it right.

If I received any misinformation on the events that took place I apologize.
The last conversation **** offered to look at the truck the Monday after New Years (unfortunately we have two holidays that fall back-to-back on Mondays), ************ declined saying that he would look at it himself. **** offered additional assistance if needed and asked ************ to let us know if he needed further help, again we were more than happy to look at it around his schedule. This conversation was followed up with the negative reviews not giving us a chance to look at the truck.
We want all customers to have a positive experience. Our business is based of word of mouth, so it is always in our best interest to make a customer happy. I was disappointed to learn of this through bad reviews and comments without a call or opportunity to fix any issue, weather it was caused by us or was pre existing.
We are still more than willing to look at the truck and try and come to a conclusion/resolution with *************
