I have never had such a HORRIBLE experience. I took my car in to get the service light checked out. The next day they called me with a quote and I authorized the purchase of the parts that were needed and they told me it would take approx. 2 weeks to get it fixed. I didn't hear a peep for those 2 weeks so I called to get an update. They claimed that the parts were backordered, nothing had been fixed on my car, they didn't have any record of the previous quote, and that the total was actually 5 TIMES more than what I had been told before. Then, when I had a male family member talk to them and question the quote, they claimed they made a "clerical error" and were miraculously able to drop almost $7000 off of it. By this time I had absolutely no trust in them so we told them I would pick it up without any work having been done on it. My front seat floor had parts spewed all over when I picked up my car. Apparently since I wasn't willing to pay my bouncing ball of a quote I didn't deserve to have my car put back exactly how they found it. If you're thinking about taking your car to get serviced here, do yourself a favor, and just don't.Review from robert m

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT As of November 3, 2021 the new owners of Spradley Barr Ford in Greeley Co have apparently done away with their service department. I just spent 15 minutes listening to the phone ring, being told I was transferred to the service department (which I kept requesting) and never did have the opportunity to speak with an individual. I find that terribly frustrating as *** sent me a recall notice saying there may be a problem with my car and the Greeley dealer is incapable of hiring people who are capable of answering the telephone. Fortunately ******** **** is not that far away.
