"Exceptional service from start to finish! I recently ordered a wheel and tire package from Extreme Customs, and I couldn't be happier. The package arrived promptly, but unfortunately, a small issue arose. However, their customer service team handled it with lightning speed and professionalism, resolving the issue beyond my expectations. Extreme customs knocked it outta the park!! Never bought a tire and wheel package online.... And was sceptical,.. but the affiliation with wheels for warriors piqed my interest. So selected a package... At way less than any local dealer could touch... I thought too good to be true. Nope outstanding service, delivery, quality the whole process was flawless. I will definitely recommend and use again without hesitation. Over all excellent in every aspect. Couldn't be happier!!Review from Ann M

Ryan********************* was very knowledgeable and patient and helped me choose the best tires for my 1989 Jeep.I was not familiar with many of the brands and I appreciate his guidance and expertise and respectful manner.I also appreciate being able to use points from a previous purchase to help lower the price.Review from Vincent E

No customer service, they only respond through email, they do some bate and switch sales. The web site will reset your vehicle info without you knowing and load tires that are not the correct load range for vehicle, you have the opportunity to pick the wrong one. Once you submit your order they will not change it without charging a restocking fee, this is an absurd charge of 25% X 5 on an electronic order that had no way of even shipping yet. Sadly it had been less that 24 hours since I placed the order and C/S rep claimed things were already moving. Well it is business day 9 of 12 and no shipping confirmation, just on the Affirm loan and the lug nuts shipped the first three days. I would check out discount tire first they can have all this shipped to the store fore the same no shipping,Review from Talyta M

I've bought two sets of tires from Extreme Customs one for a ram **** and another for a ***** Colorado both sets came really bad, defective no way I can use them or sell it to someone else its not the right thing to do.Lost $2400 in tires!!Took to Discount tires to try to fix, also took to Gators tire paid them both to see what was wrong and they both said the tires are bad ***** quality!I will fight this. Thats not right what they are doing. Look for their review on Yelp! This good reviews are scam.
