I attempted to go to your Kenosha Urgicare for a workers comp related finger injury. Your office manager, Ashley, should NOT be working with people. I was asking a question about what information was needed for the claim and she was so rude and had an attitude immediately. She also told me they would not even take me back until I had all the information. I told her she had a bad attitude and she proceeded to talk to a co worker about how people like me get service and then don't pay the bill, as if she knows anything about me. I was on the phone with my boss getting the information necessary and I told him how rude she was being, and she walked up on me and told me that I could not be seen because I was talking badly about her and her coworkers. She literally got on my face and then attempted to snatch the paperwork I had been completing out of my hands, while threatening to call the police on me. She then chased me out the door screaming a me and threatening me physically as well as again, threatening to call the police on me for disorderly conduct. I'm sure you can review your security footage to confirm what I am telling you. She chased me out the door and them came out again and got in my face outside of the clinic. I am literally traumatized by this incident. It was outrageous. This woman shouldn't be working in a medical setting or with people at all. I am seriously thinking about contacting the police about this. No one should be treated the way your employee, Ashley, treated me today.

This is an interesting spin on this situation. You came in for a workman's claim without a claim number or any information. We can't bill for something we don't have. You immediately became confrontational and loud with our receptionist. We require some kind of claim number before we can see you as often these claims get billed and we are not able to get reimbursement without the correct information. You where on the phone with our office manager talking about how we rude our staff was when they were just trying to do their jobs. At this point the situation became confrontational .Therefore our office manager came to talk to you to ask you to leave because you had a confrontational attitude and were rude. You tried to throw the clipboard at her and called her multiple swear words. We have the right to refuse service to anyone...if you don't have some proper information so we can collect a payment for our claim, if you are rude to our staff we don't want you here. The only reason you left is because we said we would call the police. We had the door locked and even then you tried to reenter the clinic. Our staff has been traumatized by this experience. Our office manager actually had to go home for the day. We would appreciate if you never visited our facility again. In fact, we will call the police if you show up at our door.
