Best lawn service I've used in **********They always notify me the day before service, are respectful of property, plantings and flowers and always remember to close my gate. They are quick to respond with any questions or requests I have. My yard has never looked better.

Commendatiions for Regional Mgr and Chain of Command Leader, "JEREMY, and Naturescape Tech, ADAM ********. Adam ******** was very thorough in his treatment of our lawn and shrubs. He took his time, was "Senior Friendly" and even thanked us for being a Naturescape Customer for almost 13 years now. He gave us valuable tips how to continue maintaining the beautiful look of our Zoysia grass and other landscaping attributes. Adam ********, also made sure that our little Service Dog, "Lullaby" was protected from any allergies advising us to by waiting until all applications are dry, and pointed out those areas that were heavily saturated with treatment. Thank you for hiring Adam, he is a positive FRONT ROW SEAT to a very honest, "Senior Friendly Prices" and "Senior Friendly Techs" that care about maintaining for their customers, a healthy lawn all year long. I have been a NatureScape customer on and off for many years. The last time I canceled their service they called me before the start of the new season with excuses and apologies promising to do better. They have good pricing compared to other lawn care companies so switch back to them. Currently I still have a lot of weeds in my yard weeks after a lawn treatment, same old story. I called NatureScape on the Tuesday after Labor Day letting them know I would like my lawn treated again for excessive weeds. I was told they would be out that week. NatureScape never came out to treat my lawn. Then over the weekend I wrote them an email asking again to please treat my lawn for weeds. No email reply. They say they are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. I have yet to see that. At this point I have finally reached my breaking point and will never use them again.

Their operators answering the phone are very nice and very courteous. Other than their service is very very poor. They keep promising about the weeds and my lawn has plenty of weeds. I have been withem for many years and wondering as why they are not able to address the issue. The only thing I can think of is "They don't care about my lawn". The Lawn Application Technician spends more time in the tuck and less time applying the weed killer. If they hire a True Professional to take care of the Lawn this may change.

I have had Naturescape Lawncare service my property for many years. I am extremely happy with their service. That is why I continue to be a customer of Naturescape.

I began using Naturescape for my lawn fertilizer applications and mosquito control starting mid-summer (2024). I am happy I did! The lawn has greatly improved. This company is reliable, aims to please, and provides excellent service/products. They keep their word, which is more and more rare in this day and age! Angela, the company's front-line representative (when I've called Naturescape) is always helpful and pleasant and knowledgeable. They are very customer service oriented and their pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend Naturescape!

I have been using NatureScape for 20-25 years and couldn't be happier. They are family owned and based out of ******** ** where I raised my kids. Their 5-application plan is exactly what I would do myself, but at a price that makes it well worth having them do it. Last summer, when I moved into my new house, I tried a different service recommended by my landscaper. I quickly regretted it. I ended up with a minor grub problem that they didn't diagnose. This year, NatureScape quickly diagnosed the problem and treated for it. The lawn is now looking great. Lanna and Celeste both provide excellent customer service, which is quite unusual these days. I don't see us ever using a different service again.

terrible lawn company called about my yard looking like **** with weeds and he told me wait an the weather change will **** them .Icould'nt believe my ears. What a terrible excuse for this. I hope you will have a better experience with this company. I even hated me having to give it a star.

After our construction project, our yard was LOADED with weeds. Naturesacape was called and took care of our lawn. Today, it is beautiful and weed free. Naturescape is a reliable company. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my may neighbors and friends
