I had a seasonal contract with All Season ********* and paid in full $792.63 for 18 lawn cuts and 5 fertilizer lawn treatments. I received the 5 treatments, but only received 14 lawn cuts. They also charged me for pruning/shrubs/trees $150.00 on 9/10/2023 and on 8/18/2023. I never received this services as I pruned my own bushes. They were not on my contract and I never authorized them either These dates and charges weren't even applied to my account until after the season was over when I checked my account in January after receiving an e-mail about a pay ahead for the next season. It is funny how the manager, ******* called me in late October stating I had extra money in my account and asked if I wanted a fall clean up. I never responded to the message because I did my own clean up. Now they have me as owing a balance on my account of $139.91 due to the extra 2 charges for the pruning I did not receive. In fact am owed $160.09 for4 the lawn cuts I did not receive. I need to receive the payment back as I will not be renewing my contract for the next season and do not wish for it to be applied to another contract either. I have attempted to contact all season lawn care 3 times in the past 2 weeks. The first time they said they would be looking at my account and getting back to me with what they were going to do and they never did. I have since left 2 messages with no reply.. ****** was in a meeting the first time I attempted and they said she would get back to me. I called back later that day got ahold of her and that's when she told me the above on January 15th and have not heard back since.
