I had this service for years. The last straw was when I received a $100 bill for an afterhoirs call that they didn't reaolve. Their 'warning' does not state that the charge will be that. As soon as i could get other service out here in the country I switched. They over charge for the services they provide, Jeremy thier manager is the last person youbwant talking to customers, then there is the price. If you can get service from Frontier or any other provider do that instead of country wireless. From the day they installed my service jeremy has been a horrible customer service person. I had to argue with him about placement of the equipment on the house. He didnt want to climb a ladder and wanted to remove another companies equipment tonsave himself time and work but that equipment was under another contract and unless he would take on any penalties for breech of that contract he could not move or remove that equipment. Jeremy argued with me for an hour about it. CRAZY! Their onsite service techs are good, but now Jeremy is in management and in the office still customer facing withnthe poorest customer service skills I have ever witnessed. I will never recommend this comapny again and I did for a long time. Have had many sign up for them over the years per my recommendation. Now I tell everyone to avoid them at all costs if possible. If there is any other provider available opt out of country wireless there is no reason for anyone to have to deal with Jeremy ever. And if you call to complain, to dispute a bill he will be more than rude and disrespectful, he will behave like a bully to his customers. Clint doesnt care, the owner otherwise he would have done something about jeremy long ago, starting with removing him from customer facing positions. All this behavior adds is one more reason to opt for another service. Never again! Buyer beware!
