              I got ***** number from Menards for a few window replacements which he was calling/texting us back and completed the work back in September and October 2023. At that point he did a good job and for a good price and agreed to do our house facia/soffit. He sent me a email with the contract for the soffit/facia work on 10/5/2023. I sent back the contract signed via email and stopped over and picked up the deposit. Told me after his next project he would do the work before the new year since weather was nice. He never came and now I cant get in contact with him via call, text and email. He has blown me off completely since Dec 4th, 2023. I contacted him via text and have proof of dates Nov 29th, Nov 30TH, Dec 4th, Dec 15th, Dec 19th, Feb 7th and today Feb 9th (2023/2024). Ive emailed him on Dec 20th and Feb 9th (2023-2024). He has our $2,300.00 deposit and we want it back or the work to be completed. We believed he was reputable and a good worker since he was recommend from a big company and had done two windows for us. What can be done to get a response or help?
