      We purchased a bedroom set from this store. However, the sales rep did not order bed rails which resulted in additional costs and over another months wait time for a second delivery. After contacting the sales manager, he offered no solutions other than for us to pay the additional money and wait on the bed rails. I attempted to email him for status of order as he promised to expedite the process, but he never responded to the email. This was a terrible experience. We will never purchase from their store again. Very poor communications and customer service skills.

      I am extremely disappointed with Ashley Furniture and their handling of my recent purchase. I spent over $4,000 on bedroom furniture, ordered on August 4, 2024, and it was delivered on August 14, 2024. To my dismay, one piece was cracked in half, and the dresser drawer wouldnt close properly. I was assured a replacement piece would arrive on August 21, 2024, and someone would call to fix the drawer.Come August 21, there was no call about the drawer, and the replacement piece was deliveredonly to be cracked in the exact same spot as the original. This meant I had to take two half-days off work for defective furniture deliveries.Things went from bad to worse. On September 11, 2024, I was scheduled to receive a third piece. That morning, I was told the piece was unavailable. Then, about two hours later, I was informed the truck was on its way. I rushed home, only to find out an hour later that there was no truck coming.As of September 13, 2024, my dresser is still not fixed, and the replacement piece is still not delivered. On that day, I received a phone call saying, "Your furniture was delivered. If you have any questions, please contact corporate," but there was no return call or resolution provided.Ive called countless numbers provided by Ashley Furniture, only to be hung up on or told I need to speak with corporate, with no resolution in sight. The stores phone number doesnt work, and I am left feeling frustrated and abandoned.This entire experience has been a nightmare. I am ready to demand a full refund and take my business elsewhere. I highly advise against purchasing from Ashley Furniture if you value customer service and quality

      Buyer Beware!! Ashley furniture is terrible. I purchased a mattress from them 3/16/24 that was defective upon delivery. Their replacement mattress was also defective, on two separate occasions! Still trying to rectify the situation in August! When I requested a refund rather than a fourth replacement, it was refused. Store "did not have a manager available" either of the days I called, and I was told I could only pick a new mattress, but not get my money back. Have tried to reach corporate office or managers to get help rectifying the situation fairly, but instead have been transferred in circles, placed on hold for countless hours, transferred back to the store, or spoken to useless, call center staff. They are evasive, and avoid dealing with issues fairly. I will NEVER shop here again. BTW, currently still on hold with Ashley store, and it's been 32.5 minutes.

      I think that Ashley furniture makes terrible products and refuses to provide any sort of customer service. I spent countless hours trying to make our situation right and it never happened. We ended up buying a new couch just 1.5 years after we bought one from them because they would not fix the issue with ours. I WILL NEVER BY FROM ASHLEY AGAIN!!!!

      We went to view recliners at this location and were met at the door by a salesperson named Mira. My concern at first is that my wife would feel rushed through the experience, but Mira quickly put all fears to rest with her infectious smile and personality. She listened to our needs and began showing us the various models on the floor. Her overwhelming knowledge of each product was quickly put on display as she described each model that would be within our interests, and then she left us to our own to sit in them to help us narrow our own choices. Upon her return, we had already picked out the one we wanted, and she explained the choice perfectly to us. There was no pressure from her, rather just a pleasant conversation as if our best friend was helping us purchase a recliner. The whole experience was amazing. I wish more salesperson were made out of her mold. This location should know how lucky they are to have her on the team. We left very satisfied with our purchase and Mira.

      I spent nearly 10,000 dollars on furniture from Ashley in ****** **. They left a bolt set to put together the bed in there warehouse. Ashley furniture refused to drive the bolts to my home and assemble the bed. I had given away the other beds I had that morning due to the new ones arriving. I was then told if I did not allow them to bring them next Tuesday, they would take the furniture and not return it. I am unable to call the store due to they will never answer the phone. No phone numbers are put on their business cards. I recommend trying a totally different furniture supplier altogether. They are not even proud enough to answer the phone. I slept on the floor last night. Bad Bad Bad Instead of telling me to reach out to you. A truly concerned business would have already called me. You do not care about the issue or you would have called the store, got my number, and called me. Bad business practice. Bad service. No follow up. Lost a great customer. I just got off the phone with the store Manager in ***** and he stated in his words "I dont care". He did not care how I was treated. 8-19-2024 3pm Eastern

      This is a hybrid review on two separate delivery and items from Ashley. The first concerns the policy itself, buying from the store does not afford the customer a refund at all. I signed the paperwork in the store and didn't read the fine print. Why is it then that the Web store protocol affords refunds for defective merchandise ? All this being said: Purchase #1, 2 bar stools and a rocker recliner. Stools ok. The rocker recliner after two days began to clunk. From the rear you can see it is not level. I encountered my "no refunds", upon telling the store I wanted my money back for the defective recliner. I will have to acquiesce to their policy, we will fix it at no charge, but I have to jump through hoops to do so. I have pending "fix" appointment. #2 purchase: 1st off, The delivery team did not speak English, and communication was almost impossible. Their dress was NOT professional. Normal people would wear a belt to keep their pants from falling down in the back, exposing their underwear. Both of them were dressed this way. When they were bending over to do their work, my wife and I were treated to their red shorts, because of their jeans falling down. Number 2: Because of their obvious language limitations they barely spoke to us, and naturally they spoke among themselves in a language we do not understand. This is America. Workers should be versed in OUR native language. Number 3: I had to get down and show them that the orientation of the cabinet shelves was wrong and had to show physically. No speak english. The cabinet shelves have u-shaped notches on back, to match where wires can come up from the back of the punched out holes. They were just putting them in with those curved notches in the front. And you call this professional? Also forgot to put the center legs on, had to show them how to do it. Tonight upon closer inspection top has been scratched and fixed with a paint pen, which doesn't match. I have yet to speak to them about this. Despicable.
