            On March 4, I purchased 2 amaryllis packs (5 each) for $54.38. 5 of the 10 arrived with signs of rot and red blotch. They sent me diseased bulbs. But because they grew they are giving me the run around. I sent two emails with multiple pictures of all the bulbs but they want even more pictures. Red blotch in amaryllis is expensive to treat, and can spread to your healthy plants. I am asking for half of my money back or replacement.

            Ordered canna bulbs . I got 3 rhizomes. One had NO roots. Only one stem started growing out of one bulb and 1 stem out of the 2nd. Obviously nothing grew out of the one without roots. I contacted the company and got no response. Never again. I dont even have enough to plant in one pot.

I do see you sent an email on 4/14/24 and for some reason it did go into our Junk folder. I do apologize. Per our Grow Guarantee listed on the back of your packing slip and also on our website, we do need images of any items you are concerned with upon arrival. Please send the images to our email and we would be happy to find a solution for. you.
