            Yutka fence installed a fence for me in the summer of 2023. No problem until I was contacted by the owners of the apartment complex behind me. Apparently, the fence was located on their property. No survey was obtained before the fence was installed. The survey was my responsibility but I had the understanding from the sales person that they would obtain permit and survey. Unfortunately, the fence had to be taken down to my loss. I lost money spent on the fence and landscape I had done this spring. The main reason for the fence was so that I could get a dog for companionship. Because of physical limitations I had to re home my dog because I needed the fence for his protection and the ability for me to care for him. Add another financial loss for the cost of the dog, vet bills and items for the dog. And to add insult to injury I had to pay for the fence to come down and the repair of the yard where the fence posts were located!!! I have no kind words regarding this fence company.
