I signed a lease agreement with SFI for the truck, November 9 from SFI trucks and financing. The truck went into the shop the same day. I got it back a week later same problem occurred. The truck went back into the shop same day again for another week or two. I got the truck and drove it for 2 day then the truck broke down truck went back into the shop for same problem. This is an ongoing problem with this truck. This is the fifth or sixth time. The truck has been in the shop for this same problem, I continue to ask for them to just give me another truck. Im in a bind to where Im about to be evicted out my home. I havent made any money and my bills are steady growing. They still trying to just repair the truck when repairing the truck is not paying my bills I asked for a loaner truck until my truck get fixed correctly and safety they said no because thats a process and I been asking for a supervisor or manager to talk to about this matter and havent heard anything from a supervisor or management all I ask is they give me another truck thats operable and safe to drive so I can work and pay my bills and I want them to be held accountable for all expenses to and from to get another truck because I held my part of the deal when I signed the lease agreement to get the truck this is a 2 way agreement and commitment. My lease was signed that I would use this vehicle to operate my busy and that failure to operate a vehicle could potentially mean my contract with my carrier could gets canceled. I have business requirements that need to be met. If anyone can please assist and help me with this matter Ill gladly appreciate it thank you
